    This is good

    This is good product but this is having 4MPH speed max. So its only for walking not used for running.

    Frequent belt adjustments

    This walking pad requires frequent belt adjustments. I'm 300lbs this is advertised for weight up to 330. I doubt that is true as it moves even after tightening. It also is LOUD and squeaks even when belt is loose. Don't buy this .

  • How fast of a walk or run will this allow?

    You can't run on this, maybe a little jog. The speed goes as high as 4.0 which to me is a jog mode.
