Didn't have great expectations and knew the chair did not have an adjustment for the back, but very disappointed. Instructions were poor, even by typical bad-instruction standards. Padding is extremely inadequate - may as well not be there - and seat depth too short. Seat back height is on the low side, even for a 5' 4" height person. Altogether uncomfortable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
