Still evaluating.. a little stiff and definitely not made for short people! Pros: does swivel, on casters, tilts, lumbar support & adjustable neck rest. Cons: If you are under 5’ 2” then not so much.

The chair will help wit your posture and its not uncomfortable however you can not leam back in this chair. So if you want something you can relax and kick back in this isn't it.

Comfortable and cool

Chair is very comfortable and helps with my back pain. Only downfall is it takes a little getting used to when setting up the settings. Very cool as well!

While the chair is comfortable, the first usage the mesh threads started coming out of the seat trim along the edge of the seat.

The headrest on this chair is definitely an upgrade. It’s very breathable. The mesh is very stiff but supporting. Wish there was a lumbar adjustment setting. For the price you can’t find a better value.

Was good at 1st but chair gas post started to leak after a month and chair occasionally goes down on its own. Have tried to contact manufacturer but have not received a response.

[Employee of bestbuy] I was exited to get a new office chair since i had been needing one fir a while. Putting it together was pretty easy. The the part is after just 3 days of i was experiencing lower back pains probably due to the bad support this chair has :(
