Resurrection was a good addition to the series but not the best. My fiancé and I had to get all of the movies before watching Covenant. It was a great bonus that it came with a ticket to the new one. The Blu-ray contains a lot of bonus material. It was a good addition to my collection at a great price.

This movie was lambasted when it came out. Reviewers hated it and it did very poorly at the boxoffice. It brought back the action of the 2nd movie of the "Sigourney Weaver" Alien movies. It wasn't as boring as the 3rd movie and had it's own share of surprises. I feel that it ended on a good note, after the 3rd movie's flop.

Bought this (the only one of the series that I didn't already have) for the movie cash offer that BB attached to it. I was tough on this film after seeing it in theaters upon its release and that still holds true. Without focusing on the numerous plot holes, I'll just stick to some pet peeves. Somewhere in the series, these creatures just started to get wetter and wetter; like they ...just ...can't ...stop secreting goo. NOT how they were intended. And personally, films that take place 5 centuries in the future should be written with that in mind and not with 21 century slang and attitudes. Just dumb - like the entire thing. Thankfully Ridley Scott is back at the helm because Covenant more than makes up for this hot mess.

This is IMO the weakest film in the Alien franchise. Lacks a lot of the tension and claustrophobia of Alien and Alien 3. It doesn't quite have the action of Aliens. The only pro is that it embraces its weirdness and has some cool body horror stuff.

I think that "Alien: Resurrection" was one of the greatest films of all-time and it was also one of my favorite films of all-time. I have seen and enjoyed this film several times and I've also seen and enjoyed the films "Aliens", "Alien 3" and the "Aliens V Predator" films. I also think that "Alien: Resurrection" had a lot of entertaining and enjoyable action, mystery, horror and suspense and a really great and amazing cast and personal storylines as well.

This is not the best Alien film but it's not as bad as some critics have described. It's a decent installment to the Alien mythology. In the end, this is just a film to add if you want to complete your Alien film collection.

Alien Resurrection is one of my favorites in the franchise. The Aliens themselves were great and it had some good action scenes

This is my lest favorite of the Alien movies. The main idea was good but it lacked a lot of the first 2 movies. If you like any of the Alien movies you hot to see this one even if it is only once.

Not the most favorite of the series, but has few memorable scenes! Has its moments! Still enjoyable!

This movie is okay. It's very different from the other Alien movies but it has interesting elements.

Ridley is back because she, like me can't get enough of those cute, lovable aliens.

This is as intense as the original version. I will definitely go see the Covenant.

Not on par with Alien or Aliens, but Resurrection delivers on action and excitement

Not the best in the series but not a total waste of time. If you love the franchise then this a must own for your collection.
