Q: I want to add more RAM. Does it matter the brand of RAM stick as long as DDR4?
A: The brand is not mandatory. The specifications should match. This system comes with 1 x 16 GB, DDR4, 3200 MHz RAM in four UDIMM slots. The other three slots could accomodate up to 16 GB each with the same specifications.
A: The desktop models of Alienware, Aurora R10, and Aurora R12 have been banned in California.
A: Unless it’s exact same brand and timing I would remove the original , if it’s faster it usually will default to the slowest or might throw up a bios screen. There is a list of compatible sticks or recommended I saw but forgot where it was.

A: The installation of a new compatible 2 TB M2 SSD would not affect the warranty. This systme is currently being tested and sold with Windows 11 operating system. Should you reinstall Windows 10 and if that is resulting in any technical issues, Warranty support will become void.

A: This desktop comes with one NVMe slot supporting one M.2 SSD up to 2 TB. Also, two 2.5-inch hard drives(up to 2 TB) and Two 2.5-inch hard drives(up to 2 TB) are supported.
