BEAUTIFUL CASE, Immaculate vibe and it great running out the box, but ITS HARD TO UPGRADE. PSU is proprietary with connections and size. If u buy an aftermarket PSU it likely wont fit. Shame because to upgrade my 3070 to 5070 ti and it didn't run... I assume its the PSU so I bought a new one and it didn't fit. the only way to make it work is to buy a refurbished 1350 Dell PSU Ironically its really easy to take this thing apart but there isn't much to do besides storage and vram. Still super pretty though. I put a pair of corsair 32gb ram (before the spike) and i cant turn off the rgb wasn't a fan at first but through the honeycomb it gives a sparkling sky effect.

I got the i7 3070 with 16gbs. Been using it for 2 weeks already woth heavy gaming and everythi g plays smooth. Ultra setting on almost every game. I priced building a pc with the same specs and came to about 1800. Same pc on dell was 2200 so this at 2000 was perfectly priced

I purchased this computer because Alienware is known to be a good brand, and unfortunately the computer I got is defective. I am very upset with my purchase. Out of the box the computer looked appealing and all, until I realized that my system has continued to boot with a blue screen bringing up an error message. I bought my computer on 11/26/22 and it is 3 days past the return window and it continues to say ‘it looks like windows did not load correctly’. I hard reset the computer 2 times now hoping that would solve the problem and it continues to bring this up and force me to restart the machine. I did some research and it says online that this could be caused by a power supply issue/an hardware issue. I would like to get a full refund for the product; if I am able to get a full refund on my purchase I will gladfully remove this review. If BestBuy cares about the customer then they would openly accept a refund as the product is clearly malfunctioning and I spent $1,900 on this computer under the presumption it would work seamlessly. I was hoping to write a great review on this product and this was the last resort. Just want to give all potential buyers insight on my experience. Be careful when considering buying this computer.

Hey Dylan,
We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review of your Alienware Aurora R13 Gaming Desktop. We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with the blue screen error. That is not the type of feedback we like to hear from our customers, or the type of product Dell intends to deliver. Below I have provided troubleshooting steps to help resolve your issue.
1. At the desktop, click the Search the web and Windows box and type "problem reports".
2. Select View all problem reports to view a list of errors that have occurred on your computer and possible solutions for them, such as updating drivers, flashing your system BIOS, or checking for updates to the software.
3. Under the Source column, look for Windows and under Summary, look for Shut down unexpectedly.
4. Right-click the line item and select Check for a solution.
We'd also suggest checking to make sure that your software and drivers are up to date on Dell's Product Page.

Good upgrade for my self built pc that was going on 5 years old. So far have had zero issues with the system itself, just getting used to windows 11. The pc comes with a generic Dell keyboard and mouse, not an Alienware branded set, if that matters to you.

Found this on the rack with no box and no wires and a sticker on it saying it was damaged, paid about 60% , turns out someone put Windows 10 on it and it needed windows 11 to function. One of the best and most satisfying purchases of my life

Not bad at all. I got it for a good deal and was perfect for a PC upgrade. Fans are kind of loud when gaming but if you're using headphones, you don't hear anything. ( Don't worry, in the picture its lifted off the ground )

Excellence product, been wanting one to do my homework assignment that uses 3D programs, my school uses the same brand and wanted for myself. It’s been a brand that hasn’t disappointed me and will continue to use this product in the future.

This PC I bought this to upgrade from my old desktop. This setup works great. Handles heavy processes very well. Since you can control the CPU with overclocking. Easy setup to get started. Quiet while running.

First lf all I have to thank bestbuy for allowing me to by an Open box for under $2,000!!! What a deal!! The computer and the RTX 4080 GPU is crazy fast. I get max frames at max quality on Fortnite @ 160 FPS @ 1440p. Mind blowing performance. I upgraded the ram with Kingston 64GB Fury @ 6000 MHz and everything runs like a dream. Alienware lighting is simple and cool.

I got this PC upgrading from a 1050 TI. Wow is this thing better. PC starts up at under a minute. It is very quiet and once on unless you’re really listening for it You cannot hear it. If you’re getting a First pc, I would try this.
