Purchased this instead of the newer R16 that doesn't look good. This PC looks great, performs great, is super quiet because of the liquid cooling. One warning to buyers. This PC is big and super heavy. Like 30 or 35 pounds heavy. Which even though I dont carry it around places is the absolute heaviest a desktop could be and still be okay. I did upgrade to 32GB of DDR5 memory from corsair and added a samsung 2 terabtye 2.5 inch ssd for storing games. Had no issues with that. Far Cry 6 and Statfield run great at 1440p at 144HZ.

Of course these are pricey, and this didn’t have the Ram config. I desired, but those are the only downsides I would have to say. I was looking for an upgrade compared to what I had cheaped out on with my previous gaming pc. I got lucky and found this one on an open box deal in the range I was willing to spend! This thing has been pleasantly aesthetic and a huge performance upgrade for me! This thing is incredibly well built! Plays anything I have tried to throw at it so far with no issues and goes above and beyond my expectations. Not terribly loud, obviously if you’re taxing it it will be noticeable, but does a great job. Not much of an overclocker, so can’t speak much for that. Normal performance setting have been good enough for me. All in all, I’m definitely a fan of Alienware after owning this pc.

Great performance for the price on a prebuilt. Only complaints are the size of RAM, Dells terrible customer support that outsources their IT to India who’s reps will ask you for sensitive information. Lastly wasn’t a big fan of how hot dell allows these things to run on default settings and the fans are pretty noisy.

Solid computer, purchased yesterday and used about 10 hours so far. My old computer broke and I needed to get something new same day, this was the best available for pickup in store. For the price, it should have more RAM. It comes equipped with 2x 8gb ram sticks but only 4800 speed DDR5 - super low budget RAM. For the $2200 price, BestBuy should really not be cheap, and they should have provided 32gb of DDR5 RAM with 6000 speed. Computer runs great so far but definitely lacking in RAM capacity and speed, hence ny 4/5 star review.

We have only been using our new Alienware Aurora for a few days, so far we are very impressed! Its packaging was high quality and packed nicely. The towers overall design is spectacular, more so when you turn it on and see it in all its glory. WI will be setting up my Xbox pass today, I am excited to see its graphics card hard at work. The computer and our new gaming monitor went on sale today, BestBuy refunded us the difference without a hassle.
