Excellent value, maxes out all games I’ve thrown at it. 1000w psu and case design are excellent. Picked it up on sale for $300 off. The first one blue screened 4 times in 2 weeks, so I exchanged it (thanks Best Buy for making it easy and fast to exchange) and the new one has been bullet proof for a month. FYI the case has a slight curve inside, so if you’re thinking of adding a 4090 or another behemoth card, try to find the smallest one possible. After taking out the anti sag bracket and cable management box, the gigabyte 4090 was still too big by 1-2mm. No way I’m cutting the case to get that to fit.

This is my first time owning a desktop, previously I have only had an iMac, so I’m having some growing pains adapting to the windows system. However, so far it has been performing well and doing everything I’ve asked of it. I’m an animation student and got this for rendering purposes, anyone who knows about rendering knows that it can take forever and requires a lot of power, but I had no issues with rendering my thesis and other animation projects quickly with high quality finished products. For example I batch rendered 500 frames at a high quality and it was completed in an hour and a half and 250 frames took around 35 minutes (Lower quality renders would sometimes be 0.07 a frame). I do also want to mention that I have had some weird things happen, like not being able to move around in the finder or things not showing up in the finder when I open it (like not even desktop showing up in the outliner). As well as some other similar issues that show up occasionally but not every time. I’m not sure if some things are legitimate issues or if I’m just not doing things correctly (I’m not the most tech savvy which is why I got a prebuilt so I’m nervous that something’s just not plugged in right or I need an obvious plug in or smth). I’m still in the first month or so of owning the system so I’ll have more of an opinion in a year or so. For now, I think it’s a very powerful system that works great (and looks super cool)!

This has by far been the best system I have ever used. My previous desktop had an I7 and a 3070 which is not bad, but could not max out the graphics on COD MW3 without having FPS drops which made me realize that more games are going to be releasing where I would have that same issue. And a decade ago when I was looking at PC’s for the first time I always eye balled alienware because they had unique looking cases with neat looking LED’s and then I found this system. It was a hard purchase because of the price tag it carries, yes, but I know I am not going to need to upgrade this computer for many years to come. My best guess is I will have it for about 8 years since everything is top of the line. I also purchased an additional 4 TB SSD to add into it so I never worry about storage. Highly recommend this system for anyone who loves max level graphic gaming with no frame drops.

The first one I bought was making noise within the case so I returned it. I’ve had the 2nd one for 5 months and it started crashing on me, blue screens, memory errors. The i9 processor is garbage but they won’t replace it

Please do not buy this computer. I made a huge mistake purchasing it. Constant blue screens, processor issues. DELL provides no support at all. $3,000 wasted.

This is the most powerful PC I ever experienced, totally recommended, I love the design and works perfectly, I'm really happy about making this purchase, I will probably stay with Alienware from now on, just to avoid headaches or disappointments of other brands, yes the price is high but I personally think is worth for what you get especially with a discount.

Have had two of these. First one the Bluetooth did not work from day one. Performance was great. It was fairly quiet too. Returned it cus of broken Bluetooth. Week plus later figure to try it one last time. Had it shipped as no one sells local. So far after 24 hrs it’s great. Don’t know if Bluetooth yet. But it’s fairly quiet and great performance.

This is the first pre-buit PC I have purchased in 20 years. I am impressed so far. I would have built my own, but the price of discrete graphics cards was climbing and this price point saved me money. Anyways. Its quiet. Like i can't live without water cooling everything. And this may be quiter than my builds. Its compact. I get so much leg room back, and it sits on my desk.. with the subdued eye drifting from the black to the cpu... Its a great price. And i bet 4 nm chips are cheaper now. The alienware bloatware is more subdued than even ASUS... its comfortably in the background. Until you need it in the foreground. Then, its pretty top notch. The quirks and windows hacks that only the greatest office tweaker or billion dollar corporate partnership can buy! I'm sure some of that alienware style windows theme will drive me insane, eventually.

Great gaming computer. Very quiet. Had to have Dell out to fix a hard drive issue before I could get it up and running.

Even with the motherboard's limited two memory slots, the Aurora R16 is excellent for what it's packed with. The case design perfectly blends Alienware aesthetics and practicality. I got this at 2,400.00 under Best Buy's President's Day sale. Upgrading the graphics card and memory in the future will be no problem.

Beast for the price! Dell did a great job on this new design for the R16. Very quiet, gorgeous and since I do high end graphics it kept up with everything so far. Probably the best bang for your buck for a pre built right now!

I came in on Black Friday with no intentions of getting anything, but was helped by a John D at the Jordan Creek Best Buy, who works back in the computers. He gave me all the info I needed and I could tell he knew what he was talking about. Anyways I left with a New LG 45GR95QE monitor. Now looking to get an Alienware computer to match. Thanks for the great customer service!

I am not a gamer. I use this for my imagery work. I really don't know if this is the best product for me. I did not want to change platforms to Apple when I was updating my computer. This seems to be a good choice though.
