I’ve had this monitor going on 3 years now. I got it on sale during Black Friday and this monitor has been reliable and does everything it says it does. Best Buy’s in-store pickup was flawless and I’m happy to say that Alienware monitors are my favorite.

Great monitor its a bit pricey but for my needs it’s good

Incredible monitor. Definitely next level top quality gear. Added this to my collection of Dell monitors and this is hands down my favorite. Even more so than my Dell 27” 1440p 165 hz gaming monitor. 240 hz is lightning quick and super smooth. Everyhting just looks better on this screen. Bright and clear and the colors pop. Settings for saturation, sharpness and many others to customize your gaming and viewing needs. Always wanted an Alienware monitor and was lucky to get this on sale for $259 this past week. Gaming on a high level 240 hz monitor like this is the best experience. Thank you Best Buy for having a killer deal on this Elite Alienware Monitor! Doesn’t get any better than Alienware. You have invested in performance and top level quality.

It looks so amazing I love it and the picture quality is great also my games look stunning I love everything about besides the fact that I can’t download the software for the lighting on my pc for some reason, I don’t know what I’m doing wrong it says it has to be in a dell computer which I don’t have so I guess that’s the problem if that’s not the case and I’m just being dumb I’d love some help. That’s why I have it 4 stars bc I’m not able to control and customize the lighting otherwise 10/10

Pros: 1. IPS Panel 2. High Refresh Rate (240Hz) 3. Adjustable Stand 4. Built-in hub for usb's/audio 5. Allows for decent cable management 6. Freesync and G-Sync Compatible Cons: 1. Ghosting when set to Extreme Response Time Overall this monitor has been really good. High refresh rate at 240hz that is perfect for FPS gaming along with amazing colors with its IPS panel. The built-in hub is a bit unnecessary for me but is still nice to have. While I don't use G-Sync or Freesync it's also a plus. The main con that can be seen with this monitor is the noticeable ghosting when set to the extreme response time setting.

Absolute beast of a monitor without a doubt it’s an absolute bargain when it goes on sale was able to get it for only 200$ which is a great price for a 1080p 240hz monitor. the only complaint I have is that mine came with a couple of scratches on the screen kind of disappointed. But for fps competition it’s an absolute beast the overdrive on this monitor is very good I can use the fastest setting without any ghosting!

This is a great monitor. Clear and the refresh rate is wonderful. Well built. It has come along with me to a couple of DreamHack conventions.

This is my first time owning a 240hz monitor. It was superb! Easy on the eyes. I can play games, codes and browse the internet longer with this monitor.

Nice monitor, the only issue is the fact that mine arrived with a chip in the screen. In the image you can see the little black mark, that is the chip. Other than that, good monitor.

Setup- Very easy to set this thing up; and comes with directions that are nice and easy to follow as well. When putting on the back cover that hides the cords make sure to stick the top in first and slide it in place; was a little hard for me at first, but easy once you figure it out. Performance- This is my first Gaming Monitor I have had since about 2011 when I had a BenQ, I really love this thing, the LED colors look awesome and the white color goes really good with my pc build, the 240hz works great in all games, and you get close to 1ms; its best to keep it on Super Fast mode, Any Problems- I had to get 2 of these things the first one's had a couple dead pixel problems but barley anything, the last one has no dead pixels at all which I love; only other problem I have is the on the top of the monitor is makes a bit of a coil whine type sound depending which color your LED is, not sure if it has to do with my wall outlets in my house or not Conclusion- Other than that this monitor is amazing the colors are great, and also viewing angles, I would for sure buy this again if I needed to Hope this helps someone :)

Coming from a 1440 TN panel and I’m not disappointed going down to a 1080! The colors are amazing and that 240 FPS THO! Would recommend to anyone playing competitive Esport titles. Just be sure to enable 240hz in your windows settings or else you’ll be playing at 60hz on your 240hz monitor - not that I played like this for an hour or anything... lol

Going to keep this short this monitor is amazing. I'm coming from the Asus VG245h which is only 75hz which I used on the PS4 but updated to this monitor for the PS5 which will be 144hz. It's very sleek and clean and the AlienFX lighting adds a nice touch. The picture is incredible and I haven't noticed any ghosting or tearing while playing. Will be using this when I buy a pc as well. You won't be disappointed.

Looks awesome with my Alienware setup, and has RGB and a high refresh ratio.

Excellent gaming monitor if you are in the fps games

This is by far the best gaming monitor we've ever purchase. The graphics and clarity are incredible. My son started using it to connect his Chromebook for homework and also movies and he loves it. The monitor is elegantly designed and not bulky at all. Defintely a must have!

It’s honestly worked amazing and I had it sitting for a couple of months. I would even leave it on for days at a time and it would work perfectly fine.

Bought this as part of a mid level gaming rig for my kids. So far it hasn't disappointed. Nice, sturdy build quality is a plus. Its super responsive...perfect size for fps gaming. It has a USB hub with 2 ports and ample connections for display port and hdmi. The only weird thing about it is that it shows up as an audio device in windows. It does not have speakers.
