Customer Ratings & Reviews

I’ve only had my Alienware 360Hz gaming monitor for a few days, and I’m already beyond impressed. The speed and clarity are on another level—everything feels incredibly smooth, especially in fast-paced shooters where every millisecond counts. That 360Hz refresh rate paired with the low response time is a total game-changer. The colors are vibrant, the contrast is crisp, and motion is buttery smooth with zero ghosting or screen tearing. The design is sleek and futuristic, with slim bezels and a sturdy, adjustable stand that fits perfectly in my setup. Alienware really nailed the build quality and performance. Even after just a short time, I can already tell this monitor is built for serious gaming and will keep up with any demands I throw at it. If you’re looking for top-tier competitive performance and premium quality, this Alienware monitor is worth every penny.

This monitor is absolutely amazing. The 360Hz refresh rate makes everything feel incredibly smooth, and the 0.5ms response time is perfect for fast-paced games like CS:GO and Valorant. There’s no input lag, and the Fast IPS panel still delivers great color accuracy. The build quality is solid, and the design looks sleek and professional. For the price, it’s one of the best monitors you can get for esports or competitive gaming.

Great monitor very smooth and fast, one of the best adjustable stands and the 360hz is nuts. Headset stand comes in handy too.

Beautiful monitor, excelent refresh rate, good quality but it doesnt have speakers

one of the best gaming monitors i’ve had. nice slim sleek body design nd capable on reaching 360fps only thing price tag. if u want a high end monitor i would choose this most definitely but wait until it goes on sale again around black friday next year:(.

Fantastic product! If you’re looking to level up your gaming performance, this monitor is a game-changer. I previously used a 240Hz display, and upgrading to 360Hz made a noticeable difference—everything feels smoother and more responsive. The price is great for what you get. 10/10, absolutely love this monitor!

Great adjustments and it's easy to do. Settings are easy to set from gaming, reading, and watching I use different presets(brightness, contrast, etc). Bought it when it was on sale and I have to say it's worth it if you are looking for the best Hz on 1080p gaming for competitive and casual games. It doesn't hurt my eye as long as I use the proper preset.

WoW, Amazing build quality and Image quality works great paired with the Mac Mini M4 in case anyone is wondering. no speakers so you'll want to buy some. honestly wish i had known how amazing this monitor was i would have bought two when they were on sale!!! the refresh rate is lower at 1080 but still a great refresh rate.
