don’t even know where to start with the Alienware AW3425DW monitor, this thing is genuinely on another level. The QD-OLED panel is insane. Colors are ridiculously vibrant, blacks are true black (not that washed-out gray you get on IPS), and the contrast just hits different. Everything looks so much more immersive, especially in darker games. The ultrawide curve pulls you in instantly. It’s not gimmicky at all, it actually enhances the experience and makes everything feel more cinematic and fluid. Pair that with the refresh rate and response time, and it’s just smooth. Like effortlessly smooth. No ghosting, no weird artifacts… just pure clarity. Build quality is also elite. It feels premium, looks clean, and fits perfectly into any setup without looking overdone. Alienware really dialed in the design on this one. I’ve used a lot of high-end monitors, and this is easily one of the most refined and well-executed displays I’ve ever owned. If you’re even remotely considering upgrading, this is one of those “you won’t regret it” purchases. Expensive? Yeah. Worth it? Absolutely.

The color quality of this monitor is phenomenal! Can’t beat the high refresh rate. My only con about this monitor is no speakers. Other than that I love it

[Employee of bestbuy] Once you buy an OLED monitor, you will never see an LED monitor the same way. The HDR and TrueBlack features makes the image quality look lifelike. I orginally thought the screen would be too wide for me but it is shocking how your eyes adjust after a few sessions. Crazy crazy good monitor, very impressed! I have a Total membership as well, I bought this monitor in full confidence that it would work or I would have a replacement without an issues :)

This monitor is mind boggling good, I was a little nervous that the jump from 1440 p ultrawide wouldn’t be too big of a difference but this monitor is seriously that beautiful. If your pc can handle this with max settings, it’s a must if you’re on the fence and can afford it. 10/10 but Best Buy did ship it to me with the box beat up pretty bad. Overall though, I’m obsessed with this new screen

Excellent colors and contrast. The deep blacks look amazing. This is my first OLED and first Ultra Wide, and let me tell you it is amazing. Worth every single dollar. I will never be going back to regular IPS, gaming on this is such a surreal experience and I love playing games, watching videos, movies etc.

I managed to get a good deal on this ultrawide from a like-new open box. Unfortunately whoever inspected the unit didn’t see that the screen had been scuffed and had recieved some sort of pressure point damage. Luckilly once the sreen is on the damage is invisible and doesnt affect the image. This is the only oled I've owned and personally, its not life changing but it is very *nice*. Colors really pop, blacks are deep, movement is fluid, and I have tons of space for productiviry work when I'm not playing a game. The panel refresh feature is unintrusive and there arent any prompts that pop up recommending you do them. I just check panel health every now and then using the little knob at the bottom of the panel. If its yellow, I turn the panel off, let it do its thing and move my work to my second monitor. Text isnt hard to read like some people complain about with oleds, though its ever so slightly blurrier than what you get with non-oled panels. Its great for gaming coming from a 60hz panel but here is where my one and only complaint comes in. If you've got any sort of vsync or freesync on and your game gets even a little dark and sometimes not even then, the panel flickers non-stop if you’re running the full 240hz. You have to manually adjust your refresh rate in the panel settings to match you fps in game to minimize it. It gets annoying if you play more than just easy to run fps games and can only push 100-120 frames. Think rpgs with raytraced global illumination. If you dont care about flickering and want a great 240hz oled for under 1000 bucks that works with your amd system, get this one. You wont regret it if you're in the market for an oled. The flickering is just annoying/distracting if you care about graphical fidelity in games during dark scenes AND running said games at 240hz. Just remember to keep static images off the screen, put up your favorite animated background, and keep the brightness below max and the panel should last you years. Be proactive and you wont even have to think about burn in.

Insane picture. I came from a 4k ips monitor. The picture on this is miles ahead. Especially for gaming. First experience with high refresh rate and OLED and I’ll never go back. Blacks are insane.

It's been a wonderful monitor so far. The difference is clear between my old setup and this one. There's a difference of day and night. The blacks -- are handled phenomenally well. I am very impressed by the quality of this monitor.

The size and image quality are fantastic. Everything looks sharp and immersive, especially when watching movies or playing certain games. Just keep in mind that because it’s an ultrawide display, not every game is perfectly optimized for this aspect ratio, so a few titles may need some configuration tweaks. Overall, though, it’s an excellent monitor and totally worth it!

My first OLED and have no complaints. Colors pop and black is truly black.

Beautiful display with a fast refresh rate at a great price. Improvements on the previous model with the same display panel but at a lower price point. 3year dell OLED warranty that covers burn in but I also chose to purchase the Greek squad 4 year warranty for only $119. If you love OLED, perfect colors, perfect blacks, high refresh and almost no latency it's a win across the board. Be sure to set wineries to the correct refresh rate and run Windows color calibration for HDR to get the most from your experience.

If you're coming from a regular LED 1440p, for sure you're gonna love this. The curve is not too aggressive, stand is very stable and easy to position, and clean/simple look. Just make sure to pixel refresh it every 4 hours or whenever you see an orange dot on the menu. Overall, I'm haply with this.

This monitor has been great. As this is my first oled, I will probably never go back to a standard monitor. It has a great picture and the colors pop.

First ultrawide mainly used for sim racing and more casual story games. I enjoy it, the curved wide screen draws you in, the OLED blacks are beautiful, probably the best QD Oled display I’ve used

The monitor is perfect for me. I game and I am in nursing school and study a lot so the ultra wide makes it awesome to split the screen with YouTube. I also recently started building a pc and this took my old set up to another level.

Iv had and still have several different monitors and Alienware has always been hands down my favorite and this monitor is absolutely amazing with beautiful color spectrum and deep blacks

I haven’t gave this to my son yet because it’s a Christmas gift but I will say that Best Buy as the best service that you could ever found or ask for I was greeted an help as soon as I walk through the door that is the service that ever company should provide and they took there time to make sure I found something that I like and was comfortable with price range and the product it was for sure a over all win for me that day I was not only able to get my son Christmas list done I was also satisfied with how great the service was so thank you Best Buy for making my Christmas shopping experience so much easier!

Packaged well, screen is nicer than I thought. After adjusting some sertings, gaming is amazing, watching movies is so vivid, and the colors om the screen are extraordinary. Absolutely love this screen. Best I’ve had so far!
