Q: Can BestBuy provide the service for upgrading this laptop to a higher Storage of 2 TB SSD ?
A: If they can do this type of service, I do not have the exact price of how much it costs to make this change since in this model it is replacing the original ssd and installing everything on a new ssd, so I recommend that you have a professional do it and thus avoid many problems that come with doing it on your own.
A: Unfortunately, this model does not have the option to upgrade the RAM memory, on the contrary, the only thing you can improve is the capacity, but you would have to replace the factory unit since it supports up to 4 terabytes of storage in NVME m.2 format.
