Very easy to setup when you first get it you charge it for and hour then after that you download the app you have to create an account. Then you pair it to Bluetooth it works great like let say say if you have a seizure it will go right to the paramedics works great easy to setup

I really don't know how it works, it wasn't compatible with my Note 8. I couldn't get it to work properly. Returned it. I hate to give bad review cuz it wasn't compatible. Be sure to Make Sure its compatible with your phone.

My phone not compatible. Make sure you read to see if your device is compatible before you purchase. Hate to have to give bad review when I actually don't know.
