Hubby wanted the best of the best and that's what we got. He is super pleased!! Loves his new toy and very easy to install.

The open box Alpine Optimo 8 listed as excellent condition with all of it's wiring and components at the Long Island City store location is absolutely not in excellent condition. I purchased that unit on the best buy website and it was missing all of the wire harnesses other than the controller and the controller cable. I had to return the unit minutes after picking it up when I realized that all of the harnesses were not there after driving nearly an hour to pick up the unit. I am highly disappointed with the misrepresentation of the item. The review applies to this one particular unit at the Long Island City store only.
