Aluratek - Apple CarPlay and Android Auto Combo Wireless Car Adapter - Black

This is a very solid option for wireless Apple Car Play. I haven't tried the Android auto but I'm guessing that is solid as well as this device has good reviews overall. As with any tech related gear these days, experiences may vary, so I figured I'd throw mine in for good measure. It connects every time, pretty quickly. I haven't timed it but I'm guessing within 10 seconds or so (by the time you're settled and ready to enter a route etc). I have a case or two where it seemed to take a little longer on a loading screen but that could also be my vehicle infotainment system / electronics, (it has crashed and glitched a time or two) and experiences vary there as well. Once connected it stays connected so no issues there that I can recall. Audio does not seem to be degraded over bluetooth but I don't listen to a lot of music. Bottom line is this solution works very well and is a good option for a discreet and affordable wireless adapter. Thanks Best Buy, and thanks Aluratek!

Got this for my 5th gen RAV4 and it works great! I plugged it into the car’s USB port, pair it with my phone, and now every time I start the car it automatically goes to wireless CarPlay within 30-60 seconds. Color accuracy and sound are great. It’s also small and black so no one really notices it.

Have been using this Android Auto Adaptor for a few weeks now and it works great! Setup is very easy and the lag is minimal, it's just the regular Bluetooth lag, that even existed when the phone was wired to the car. It does come with an USB to USB-C extension in case yhe care takes USB-C only instead. The only thing is questioning myself, why I didn’t made this purchase sooner!

Aluratek’s Apple CarPlay and Android Auto wireless carplay adapter is a great product. It connects quickly and without any lag. I’ve had it for a couple of days now, and I don’t have to use my iPhone charger to connect it to my radio anymore. I just turn on my car, and the Apple CarPlay connects instantly. I don’t know how long the audio will play before it disconnects, but it feels like it connects really fast. However, there was one issue where it didn’t connect at all when I got in my car. I had to unplug it and plug it back in. That’s the only downside, but hopefully it doesn’t happen again. Now, let’s talk about the price. I feel like this could have been a bit cheaper, maybe around $35 instead of $60. For that price, you should expect wireless CarPlay to work without any issues. Another thing I noticed is that I don’t have to turn on my car for my Apple CarPlay to connect. I can open the door, sit down, and it will still connect and play music while I’m turning on the car. I don’t think it’s a big deal, but it’s just a little strange for me. Overall, I’m really impressed with this product. I highly recommend it. You should definitely go pick it up, or if you can find something a bit cheaper, do so.
