A: Same here. I picked mine up yesterday and it was a Simzo brand. I thought I was paying extra for an Aluratek brand.

Q: what do the three buttons on the thermometer mean?..i have lost the instructions .
A: The Mode button is to switch between measuring temperature for body temperature of object. The Mem button is to show the last 10 readings. and the C/F button is to switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit.
