We really like this refrigerator. We have had about 8 weeks as of this writing. I needed a top refrigerator with a bottom freezer. I have a disabled right shoulder. This is designed so well. We can fit so much in it. I like the door shelves. Our old one they were open at bottom and things fell through. The freezer is a swing door and then a shelf with a pull out drawer. We actually like the door bottom freezer better than our last pull out drawer freezer. This one is so easy to get things out. It does not have an egg carton shelf or a meat/dairy drawer. Not a problem for us. We bought a plastic rectangle storage container for meats and cheeses. It works great. Plenty of room for egg carton. We chose not to put in ice maker. As it has not been that long since delivery, I do not know about the long term outcome. However, the price was perfect for us. In the picture I put oodles of things in; some are not normally in refrigerator. I wanted to show how much it hold.

Bought this from Bestbuy at a great price with free delivery. Had it a couple months and I am pleased. The bottom freezer and stainless steel was a most have for me. The freezer is spaciest and the refrigerator has plenty of room too. Quiet and stylish I recommend this product.

My wife was particular about the freezer being on the bottom and the door being hinged to swing out. Amana had good reviews and a base price under $1000. The only negative was we had to wait 2 weeks after placing the order for the fridge to arrive. It came on time with no hitches. We included removal of our old fridge, which required an additional fee. We got the model without an ice/water dispenser. It did not come with ice cube trays, but save your old ones. There is no installed deli drawer. For a family of three, you might want a larger unit if you store a lot of food at any given time.

I purchased this refrigerator because I wanted a freezer on the bottom. I was expecting the freezer to open like a drawer. In fact it opens as a door, and at first I wasn’t sure if I liked that. Now that it’s been a couple of months, I find it easy and no problem. This refrigerator is simple and clean in design and is very attractive. I bought it in black. I did not choose to get an icemaker and that works fine for me as a single person. It is quiet. It’s easy to keep clean. And I am very pleased with this purchase.

My husband and I bought this without seeing a display and we love it. I definitely prefer the freezer on the bottom. The shelves are easily adjustable and it has plenty of room for tall bottles (soda, wine, etc.)

This is a nice refridgerator. It's on the smaller side. The stainless steel is very nice. Great quality. Love the freezer on the bottom.

Love the bottom freezer, food does not fall out when opening the door. Lots of room for a smaller footprint.

Though this is a step down in size for us, our needs are less and this seems to be great just like our 14 year old Amana refridgerator was. I like the fridge set up. The freezer on bottom is roomy. We are keeping the settings as recommended on 4 for both top and bottom. Everything is cold as should be. Not having an ice maker is not a problem because the older one only lasted 7 years anyway. We had to wait a little over a month to get this particular black color but it was worth waiting. The reliability of an Amana fridge is important and has proven itself.

Great fridge for the price. I bought this fridge along with a stove,dishwasher and above stove microwave. The stainless steel makes the kitchen fell new and modern.

My new refrigerator is all that I wanted. It needed to be ordered and arrived ahead of schedule. The installation was completed on time and perfectly. There is plenty of room for everything I need. I do not need to bend or squat to get to the crisper for my vegetables. The bottom freezer has the roomy shelf and basket. I can get what I need from it easily.

This Refrigerator works perfectly, provides more interior space and well designed for all types of food products.

I bought this Amana refrigerator to replace my old Whirlpool that died. From the pictures (was not available to see in the showroom) it appeared to be almost identical to my old unit - not surprising since they are all owned by the same company. What I really like is that 1) it is the only one I found that the freezer opened like a door and 2) has a shelf plus a wire pull-out basket in the freezer rather than a solid drawer. Disappointed to find 1) that it was just small enough so I couldn't add extra shelves from the old unit into this one (no one, even Amana when I called them prior to purchase could give me the internal measurements - only the external ones). I really wanted to add the half shelf with the deli tray attached underneath it (this unit does not come with this extra storage feature); 2) the bottom shelf in the refrigerator is 2 in. shorter than the 2 shelves above it making it difficult to see what you have stored there; and 3) there was no holder for ice cube trays (not provided) in the freezer so that the trays wouldn't take up space. Luckily, there are pre-made holes in the freezer wall for a rack to be suspended to hold them (in the same location as in my old Whirlpool) so I cannibalized the ice cube rack from my old freezer and it fit perfectly. If I had to do it over again, I'd have spent the $1000 on repairing my old Whirlpool instead of buying this one. But that's just my preference. Overall, it's a decent refrigerator. I've had it for 5 months now and it is quieter than my old one and works fine.

Our old refrigerator suddenly stopped working. It was an emergency. And we needed a refrigerator that would fit in the tight space we have. This was the only one we could find in stock and it was a bottom freezer model—which wouldn't have been my first choice. But, it turns out that having the refrigerator on the top is GREAT. We are tall, and the visibility is much better. New refrigerators in this size don't have deli drawers, but we were able to use the one from our old fridge. The price was reasonable, it works well, the interior lights are nice and bright. It runs quietly. We are pleased with the purchase

We have height and width limitations so we chose this fridge. We have been happy.

Performs like the big boys, but quieter than my old unit. Although smaller that the last one, there is plenty of room for my needs. I don't use the freezer as often as the main compartment, and so I bend down to access the bottom freezer only when necessary, and that saves back strain.
