Amazfit - Balance 2 XT Smartwatch 47mm Silicone - Gray / Black - (2025)

I like the battery and just about everything else. I'm still learning how to best use all the features and from what I've learned so far this will be going on for sometime yet - Not because it's overly complicated but because there are so many features and ways to use them. The watch is highly customizable and the display is great. I guess because it's last years model the price seems really competitive for what you get. I've barely started to use the exercise and health features but readings like steps or heart rate seem about right. I'm starting to get a little long in the tooth so I'm hoping to use the health metrics to keep myself on track as I age. I'm confident I could give a much more informed review in a year or two but for now I have no complaints and have found this smart watch to be most all I could expect and more. Unless everything goes kerflooey, this seems like a really good purchase for a really good price and I have no reservation in recommending it to anyone...

This isn't a bad smartwatch for the price. You get outstanding battery life. I was getting 21 days with AOD off. With AOD on and everything turned on for health tracking I was getting 12 days. The GPS is really good. It recorded my routes perfectly. The speaker on it for taking calls is a little on the quiet side. But it's still useful if your hands are tied and you're not wearing a Bluetooth headset. Using the microphone on it to reply to text messages works really well. That might be what I'll miss most. The screen is made with gorilla glass not sapphire. But I had zero issues with it. My one real gripe, is it would stop receiving notifications quite often. I had to keep turning off settings and turning them back on. They would work again for about a week. Rinse and repeat. Amazfit support just kept telling me to do this. It was frustrating so I ended up returning the watch. But if you're looking for an inexpensive watch that can do just about everything, give it a shot. I'll put a thumbs up for recommendation because it works and mostly works well. But it's a thumbs down if you want reliable notifications.

I love the Amazfit brand products .. have several watches and they work great .. for the prices they are hard to beat .. the Zepp app is very fluid and all the metrics you could want .. the balance os my daily wear watch .. sold my Apple Ultra and Garmin Fenix 8.. over priced and battery life it terrible on the Apple Watch .. The balance 2 gives me everything I need and getting about 2 weeks of charge!Calls, text message and workout apps are great .. gps is spot on comparable to the heavy hitters l..

This watch is a beast. Battery life, GPS accuracy, notifications, notification strength, haptic feedback, everything is on point. This is coming from somebody that owns a Pixel Watch 4 and a Samsung Ultra and I still wear this watch as my daily driver. Not to mention there's no delay whatsoever for notifications.
