I love the Amazfit brand products .. have several watches and they work great .. for the prices they are hard to beat .. the Zepp app is very fluid and all the metrics you could want .. the balance os my daily wear watch .. sold my Apple Ultra and Garmin Fenix 8.. over priced and battery life it terrible on the Apple Watch .. The balance 2 gives me everything I need and getting about 2 weeks of charge!Calls, text message and workout apps are great .. gps is spot on comparable to the heavy hitters l..

I was looking for a watch with a long battery life and I’m completely satisfied with what I’ve got. The only thing that is not as great as it could’ve been is the app for the watch and software in general. The style and quality of the band is not the best too.

The Balance 2 XT is a great watch. It has a good looking case that looks nice and rugged without being over the top. The LED display is sharp and very bright. It has a big battery that is supposed to last 21 days. I generally charge it every night so I don't know if it will meet that, but after a full day of general use it has always had over 95% of charge left. It has all the features I needed like GPS tracking, workout modes, step count, heart rate, op2 sensor. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I've been using Amazfit products for many years with no complaints, and the Balance 2 XT is no difference. Retains the core features as the much more expensive Balance 2 and I would only recommend the Balance 2 to someone who wants to go scuba diving or needs the extra protection of the sapphire lens. Amazfit, in general, provides the top notch quality watches while also providing a high quality, highly informative, app experience. It's not at the level of Garmin of Apple but for the price Amazfit gets you North of 90% of the way there for many times less money. If I had one complaint against Amazfit is they do not support their devices nearly as long as Garmin or Apple, but for the price difference you will have no problem updating your device every couple of years. While the Amazfit app, Zepp, is available on both Android and IOS there are some nice perks of you're on Android. While IOS users will receive text and email notifications they can only read them. On the Android side you can actually respond to texts from the watch. This is not a Wear OS device so I'm not sure how they did it but it works and works well. If you're on the fence hop off and give this device a chance. As of this review I only see the Balance 2 XT on Best Buys website so not sure if it's an exclusive because it's not even mentioned on Amazfit's website. Either way it's an excellent watch, looks great, incredible battery life, extensive exercise & wellness tracking, and price well below their competitors. Hope you enjoy your new watch.

If you liked the Pebble Time Steel, or the Pebble Time, just imagine one of those with a touchscreen. An irritant is that you must use GoSMS, the Google native texting app or another SMS app that allows voice replies. Textra doesn't allow this. This is a phenomenal watch, and is highly recommended. A wee and a half of battery life and very accurate sensors. Get this watch!

One of the best sports watches you can buy! Does everything a Garmin can do with better heart rate accuracy

I gave this Amazfit smartwatch to my boyfriend as a gift and he absolutely loves it! Right out of the box, the sleek gray-black design looks modern and comfortable on his wrist — he’s been wearing it every day. The bright, sharp display makes checking his stats and notifications super easy, even in sunlight. The battery life is impressive — he doesn’t have to charge it constantly and it holds power really well through daily use. It tracks steps, workouts, heart rate, and even GPS activity, which he uses when he goes out for walks or exercises. He’s told me multiple times how much he appreciates both the style and functionality — it’s become his go-to everyday watch. An awesome gift that’s both useful and stylish!

Have had numerous Amazfit watches from the GTR3, Trex2 and a original Balance which has been outstanding but unfortunately cracked the screen and needed to replace. Other than the omission of the BMI sensors it is better in every way compared to the original Balance. Battery life so far is excellent which is why I like Amazfit as compared to Apple and Google that require almost daily charging. I am presently on day 11 of the first charge and still have 30% charge remaining. I highly recommend Amazfit as the build is excellent, the price is resonable and the integration with Iphone and Android is excellent.

Good sport watch, most important thing is a GPS that works great. little oversized but is very easy to be seen during exercises. The heart rate is not so precise but works good with a chest belt.

Had a Garmin Fenix before that was no longer connecting to my phone, so instead of spending well over $900, I tried out the Amazfit Balance 2 and I am so happy I did! The battery life is really great, gps/step counting accuracy seems to be great. Plus the apps and modes and features make this watch an absolute steal for the money. I highly recommend it

I picked this up when I thought I lost my fossil gen 6 smartwatch- I hadn't, it was wedged under my car set. I'm not an Apple guy, so I will never go with Apple products, Apple watches included. I thought I wanted an updated version of what I had, So I picked this up with a Pixel Watch 4 thinking I could wear this for workouts and the pixel watch as my daily driver. As the cheaper of the two options, you'd assume it would be the weaker watch, boy was I wrong. I wore this one night forgetting to take it off, and woke up to two surprises, one was the sleep tracker and morning alerts info. (since tweaked to better suit me) but more importantly, a 78% charge still on it! While the claims of 2+ weeks without a charge may seem far fetched, I can definitely get a week on a charge, but I throw it on a charger around day 5 just for my own state of mind. I wasn't getting a full second day on my Pixel Watch. Also to my delight, you can find a lot of customizable watchfaces on the app. The other upside is my pixel watch would save apps on my phone, cluttering up my app drawer. This one does not. This is a good fit, if you want a watch first and "smart" second. The Pixel Watch 4 definitely has a few extra bells and whistles, but I found I don't need them all. I miss quick access to Google Home through my watch. Amazfit doesn't offer a Google pay option, and I'm okay with it. Unless you get the LTE version, you can't use it without your phone near by. Also, I feel like it's easier to hack a watch over a phone to get credit card info. You also need to add a screen lock onto a watch if you add the pay option. I like the always on display without having to put in a unlock code too often. I also despise golf, so I don't need a golf app to track a game I don't play. All that being said, the watch face is bigger on this over the Pixel Watch, so it may not fit everyone else the same. The rotating crown and side button have the opposite functions from each other. Imagine getting used to playing a game on an x-box controller and then playing the same game on a nintendo controller. I had the same learning curve between the two watches. All that being said, the watch band was comfortable, but kind of plain. It is 22mm, which at one point was the universal size for smart watch bands. The watch itself is bigger than my older Fossil smartwatch, yet feels lighter. It gives me the time and date at a glance. I get my messages. I wish it was slightly more intuitive in inputs. It's where I feel like the Pixel Watch had a slight upper hand. I feel like just because this is one of the cheaper options out there, it is by no means the worst. Great battery life, great display. I did have sensor issues with the first one I bought so point off for lack of qc controls. Easy swap in store, and the replacement has been great. I feel like you need to phone match smartwatches to get all the advertised features- pixel watch with pixel phones, galaxy watches with galaxy phones, etc. For example, the pixel watch advertised using the watch as a remote camera button. Apparently, the feature only works on Pixel phones, not with other Android phones. If you want a smart watch, you honestly can't go wrong with this one. You really don't need to pay for extra features you'll probably never use. Style is very subjective, so get the watch that best fits you. If you're looking for a watch based on features, get this one.

I’ve been using the Balance 2 XT for a few weeks now and overall it’s been a pleasant surprise. The screen is big and crisp, workouts get tracked nicely, and the battery feels strong — I went several days without worrying about a charge. It’s comfortable enough for daily wear and has all the health-tracking basics (heart rate, steps, sleep) working smoothly. A really good value for the price, especially if you’re looking for a solid smartwatch without breaking the bank. That said, it’s not perfect. Some of the premium features I read about on the “regular” Balance 2 model (stronger water resistance, fancier build) are missing here. So if you’re someone who swims a lot, dives, or wants the absolute top-tier build, this might feel a little pared down. But if you just want a dependable, feature-rich watch for everyday use and workouts, I’d say the Balance 2 XT is a smart pick.

I purchased this watch recently after previously owning a couple Samsung models. My last watch was the Samsung Active 2 so by no means was I using anything current. I just couldn't justify spending 4 or 500 dollars for a Samsung or even more for a Garmin so I started to look at other options. After weighing these options and researching what I could, I decided on this watch and I am honestly blown away. I wasn't looking for anything super elaborate when it comes to features. I wanted good battery life, a step counter, a heart rate monitor and a watch that would have the ability to track my occasional work out. I didn't really consider sleep tracking because honestly, I hadn't had a watch that could hold a charge for more than a few days and I would regularly charge my old watches at night and forget to put them back on. The batter life on this watch is unbelievable. I have honestly lost track of how many days I am able to go without charging but it is well over two weeks, closer to three. I get daily updates on my phone of the battery level and I don't take it off to charge it until I am in the 3 - 5 percent range. It charges quickly and even if I don't quite get to 100 percent, it last so long it doesn't matter. It has all the features I need without paying for the additional service. There is a subscription fee that unlocks a bunch of features and feedback but I only use the free version and it meets my needs completely. The most useful features are the step counter, work out tracking, heart rate monitor, sleep tracking, stress tracking and also the find my phone feature. It has a ton of free watch face options, the build quality is solid and feels premium. The 47mm watch face is on the larger side, which is exactly what I was looking for but I could see this being too big for smaller wrists. Even if this isn't a perfect fit, I would still recommend Amazfit overall. If you are on the fence, pull the trigger and get this watch. You won't be disappointed.

Will try to hit all the points why I love the watch- Long battery life (about 10days with every feature on and 2 to 3 runs a week), the amazing look of the balace 2 but at a lower price. Loading maps is easy, but on hikes you can’t move the map so thats frustrating. Good call quality, A lot of apps on the Zepp app store. Zepp flow AI integration is cool basically gives you chatGPT on your wrist!

I was tired of the 2 day battery life on my galaxy watch 3 and was disappointed to find out most Samsung watches still only give you 2 day battery life. While researching other brands, i came across Amazfit, which has many cool styled watches and all of them with way better battery life. The regular Balance 2 caught my eye but was $300. Then i saw that Best Buy was the only store that sells this XT version and its $100 cheaper. So i buy it and within no time at all its ready to be picked up at the store and i spent the first several days making it perfect. Leaving every health tracking option on, it lasts me about 12 straight days. Charging it only takes about 2 hours. With the Samsung watch, i had to charge it every other night and i couldnt wear it while i slept. While i think the Samsung watch had more watchface options, the Amazfit is better in every other way.

TL;DR - Fine smartwatch, but I was not a fan of it, mostly down to personal taste. Was trying to find an alternative smart device after I gave up on my Fitbit Sense. After a bit of research, I saw that people were saying good things about Amazfit. Quite inexpensive compared to other fitness-focused smart watches, so I decided to check it out. I'm sure it's a perfectly fine watch if you really get down to using it and its proprietary apps, but I just could not. The watch is very large, obviously. The band that comes with it is just okay, though clearly interchangeable with common bands. But my biggest issue was the selection of faces. In truth, I find most of them hideous. Including the default. Absolutely crammed with information, and most are quite unappealing. It does have a storefront for new designs, both free and paid. Once I checked it out, however, I was disappointed. The selection is not terrible. Most are paid, but the faces are cheap. Fitbit also had a wide selection of cheap faces to swap to. But my issue stems rather from the company that makes Amazfit. Zepp Health is based in Hefei, China. Which, unfortunately, means that certain themes of faces are just nonexistent in the store due to cultural differences. Tried finding something related to Pride and came up with no results. I did find a few rainbow faces that were meant to be Pride-related, but not labeled as such. In the end, it mostly comes down to personal taste issues. The actual watch functioned fine. A bit of time with it and its app, and you might find something you enjoy. But, honestly? Wasn't for me...

So ive had this watch a little over 2 months now. I absolutely love it. Great fitness and work out options. Sleep , heart rate , rem ,and many other things it tracks . Answer calls and reply to text on the keyboard or speach to text. Battery life you'll get a solid 12 days before you even have to think about charging it. . 100% worth the buy if your looking .
