I've been wearing this now for two and a half to three weeks and I am rather happy with it! The track in my heart has been excellent, prior to this I was wearing another Fitness device for about 5 years when exercising and results have been consistent. I've also loved the fact that it does a great job Tracking my sleep as this was a metric I did not have previously period It provides me a score And It's doing this For no additional monthly fee which other fitness devices have. I've watched the number YouTube comparison videos prior to purchasing this for $99 and they have all stated this thing holds up to the woop with the exception a few features on the app. The difference is there's no monthly fee, which that particular device has a large fee associated with it. I have chose to purchase an additional band to go around my bicep and I would encourage people to do this as the band that comes with it will only Fit around one's wrist. Overall very happy with this, I would encourage people to check out a YouTube video for a more in-depth review, but I'm very satisfied with my purchase and would recommend this product to anyone looking for a good Fitness tracker that you wear all the time. Lastly I found the battery is very good I get a solid 9 days out of the device without a charge and again really happy with this purchase

My son is a high school athlete, specifically cross country, track and swimming, but the school does not allow students to wear any type of smart watch or health tracker with a screen. For this reason I picked up the Amazfit Helio Fitness strap so he could continue to track his health stats throughout the day and during practice. TL;DR - The Helio Fitness strap is a nonintrusive way to measure your health metrics, performance, recovery, and sleep. Via the Zepp app you can quickly see how effective your training and recovery is, track your workouts, and use app based training tools to improve race time / duration performance as well as strength training recovery. Pros: Does not require a subscription Workout auto detect is ~85% accurate to capturing strength training, far better than other trackers I've used Tracks gear used, to show mileage logged on each pair of shoes Cons: For full tracking capabilities you must have your phone on you to get full data capabilities Some enhanced features require payment Wish it was waterproof versus water resistant App integration with other popular fitness apps could be better (macro tracking / workout generation apps) In the box is the strap, charging block (no charging cable), and paperwork. You will need to install the Zepp app to read any metrics since this band does not have a digital interface. The band is a nylon blend, making it lightweight, fast drying, and fairly durable. The band fits my son perfectly, but I find it a bit wide for a women's band. The sensor fits inside the band strap with two quick release pins, making it relatively easy to swap out if needed. Overall, no issues with comfort, fit, adjustability, or extended wear. Performance wise, there are a ton of features packed into this strap to include steps, calories burned, sleep data, and heart rate data. Those are the key metrics, there are approximately 20 input/output stats, some of which are calculated, a few key ones include V02Max, stress tracker, sleep regulation, fatigue, and exertion. One big factor for me is the hypopnea tracking, as we have a family history of severe sleep apnea, and if my son is predisposed, I'd like to catch it early. Other features include the weekly report which shows how both duration and distance ran, avg pace, fastest 3 and 5 miles, and indoor workouts. Based on measured metrics the app will also output when you should plan your next hard workout, calculated from recovery data. Overall, based on the price point, and no requirement for a subscription I'd recommend this fitness tracker over many others. I personally wear 2 different brand premium trackers, and the Helio strap has many of the same features they do, with measurement accuracy matching these trackers. One key call out, over my other fitness trackers, is that they nailed the auto workout detection accuracy for lifts and the factors that go into your overall readiness (exertion, sleep, training balance, etc). Based on the running focused aspects of the Zepp app, I'd say this leans slightly towards runners versus focused on general health or strength training, but not so much that it really makes too much difference if you are only strength training or wanting to accurately monitor health without the price tag of a premium tracker.

The Amazfit Helio Strap is ideally what I’ve been looking for. I can wear this all day and night and have it track my steps, sleep, and movements. I prefer a fitness band like this one because I don’t want the screentime and glow on my wrist any longer. This simply looks like a bracelet but is collecting vital data the whole time. Having a bracelet style design allows me to wear my other dress watch on my opposite wrist and it doesn’t look awkward like I’m wearing 2 watches. First off, I was thankful that this fitness band operates without any type of a subscription service. I am not a fan of subscriptions for just about every piece of tech that I own now. This Amazfit Helio lets me get my sleep, rest, workouts, heartrate, recovery, and so much more all within one app. The Zepp app is required to pair this fitness band and that’s what is used to visualize all your collected data and statistics. I am an avid runner and workout daily. The Helio Strap feels comfortable on my wrist for my hour long runs, and it stays in place for the full duration. The Helio tracks all my important input just like any other fitness band would, but I prefer not having a distracting screen and the Helio works well for that. I get extremely sweaty on these outdoor runs, and the Helio Strap is water resistant and keeps on working very well under wet conditions. Bluetooth connectivity with my iPhone is seamless and continues to stay always paired. The battery life is impressive and can operate for up to 10 days before it needs another recharge, so this for me is a big plus. I really like the budget friendly price, as it’s a one-time cost without continuing to pour money into subscriptions. For some added flexibility the strap can be adjusted to wear on the wrist or the upper arm if you have a certain preference. This is a great addition to your leisure lifestyle or a competitive athletes schedule. The device can help you keep an eye on your training and your recovery to keep you at your peak physical schedule. The watch does all the work in the background, and you can then simply review all your stats within the app. Seamless, easy to use, great design, and comfortable.

I have never been the type to use fitness trackers, since I already use a smart watch. But like all Smart Devices, it is easy to get distracted by it or not even utilize all of the apps and functions that are in a Smart Device. So, I was intrigued by the Amazfit. Setting up was pretty straightforward and I was excited to start using it. There are so many great features on this that are all recorded on the accompanying app on my Smart phone. I found it really great to move pass just tracking my steps or my heart rate every day. Features like checking my breathing rate, stress level, workout tracking have been a source of education and motivation for me. I especially like the stress level tracker found on the Home Screen of the app. I am able to see at which time my stress level is high (or low), and to reflect on what was going on at that time. In the Workout section, I was able to easily start a workout session: walking, treadmill or running were ones that I would use often. It would also provide me a map and track my route and the areas of most exertion. What was really eye opening was when I would wear it on when I sleep. This would monitor my breathing, sleep patterns, apnea if present, and even when I am in deep REM sleep. It would also give me warnings to keep track of if it went below "normal". Features like that have been very useful for me to monitor my daily living and I feel that this is a great way of doing so. Overall, this has been very great smart tracking device to have. IT is very comfortable to wear and the Velcro strap feels good on my hand. The battery life has been exceptional where wearing it for over three days straight has only drained it to about 75%.

The Amazfit Helio Strap fitness tracker is a simple, no-nonsense step and health tracking device from a company I hadn't heard much of before a few months ago. After using this device for a bit more than a week, I'm a fan! Bang for your buck is where this device excels. It's definitely less expensive than some other modern options, but from what I can tell, it does most of the same stuff. It has no screen and just connects to your phone via bluetooth. Amazfit advertises a 10-day battery life, and I'd say mine has been better than they claim. I went a week wearing the device almost 24-7 and it was down to 46% when I put it one the charger. Wearing the device itself is pretty comfortable. It's very lightweight, but maybe a little thicker than some more premium options. The band looks nice and holds onto my wrist well, but I wish it was just a little bit longer. When I'm putting the Helio on and taking it off, it is difficult to keep the end tab from separating from the clasp. If the band was even a centimeter or two longer, it would be much easier to slip over my hand. The Zepp app that comes with it is pretty usable, and I was quite happy that I was able to set up integration with Google Fit and Google Health fairly easily. Still, I wouldn't call the app extremely well-polished. There are a couple of clunky phrases here and there, and the shiny advertising that tries to get users to go Premium is a bit much. I should point out that the push toward premium is not overbearing, but notifications urging you to do it happen a few times a week. I have pretty simple needs; I just wanted to accurately track my steps, heart rate and sleep. The Zepp app does all of that very well! I also want to make sure any device I use will last a long time and have ample inexpensive third-party accessory options like extra bands, chargers and clasps. I am pleased to say that I have already acquired a couple of extra chargers and an extra body that clips the tracker in place. All-in-all, I'm pleased with the Amazfit Helio Strap tracker! It suits my modest needs, brings excellent battery life and great value, and has already inspired a decent ecosystem of third=party replacement products. I call that a winning formula!

I have had the Amazfit Helio Strap Fitness & Recovery Tracker for a few days now, and so far, I think it’s pretty cool. I was mostly excited to get the strap to track my steps and help monitor my sleep so I could work toward better sleeping habits. My first thought was that the packaging was fantastic. The box it came in felt premium, and for some reason, I really care about presentation. I guess I’m big on first impressions! Inside the box was the band, sensor, charging puck, and standard documentation. The box did not come with a charging cable or power brick, but luckily I had one handy. I charged the sensor until it was full, popped it into the band, and put it on my wrist. While it was charging, I downloaded the Zepp app on my phone and paired it with the sensor. Setup was very simple and took just a few minutes. One thing I did notice is that the band is a little short, but I do have rather large hands and apparently a large wrist. The band has a tiny bit of flex, but it’s not stretchy by any means. I think a little more stretch and maybe a slightly longer band would make it perfect. I love the look of the Helio Strap on my wrist. It’s not flashy, but the black looks great. Since the strap doesn’t have a screen, you do have to use your phone to see what’s going on and review everything the sensor is capturing. I really like the Zepp app, though. It’s easy to read and understand, and the UI is simple to navigate. Sleep tracking is probably my favorite feature. It does a great job of breaking down several points of interest, including overall sleep insights, sleep duration, naps, REM sleep, deep sleep, awake periods, regularity, heart rate, respiratory rate, and more. There is even a sleep breathing feature that can flag potential breathing disturbances during the night, which I found really interesting. There is also HybridCharge, which tracks your energy levels throughout the day, as well as Exertion, which tracks how hard you are pushing yourself through training and fitness while taking fatigue into consideration. There is a badge system that makes getting your steps in and working out a little more fun, with plenty of different challenges and personal records to chase. It’s obviously not mandatory, but it’s there if you enjoy having some extra motivation. I found the heart rate sensor to be accurate when compared with my smartwatch, and the step counter was very close as well. The app can track workouts, lets you set up a training calendar, and even offers HYROX Virtual Pacer options to help you maintain your pace during training. One of the biggest positives for me is that the Helio Strap offers a lot of fitness, recovery, and sleep tracking right out of the box without requiring a subscription. If you want more, there is a subscription option that adds features such as AI-powered weekly and monthly sleep assessments, performance analysis, AI wellness insights, premium relaxation content, and more than 200 nature sounds. Personally, I find that the standard features included without a subscription are perfect for my needs. So far, I am really enjoying the Amazfit Helio Strap. Every morning when I wake up, I actually look forward to checking how I slept during the night. The app gives you a nice morning breakdown that makes all of that data easy to digest. I would recommend the Helio Strap to anyone who doesn’t necessarily want a smartwatch or another screen on their wrist, but still wants to take their fitness, recovery, and sleep quality seriously without breaking the bank. It’s simple, comfortable, packed with useful tracking features, and you can get a lot out of it without paying for another subscription. Oh, and they claim a 10-day battery life which is incredible. I haven’t needed to charge this thing up yet!

I'm overall very thrilled with the Amazfit Helio Strap. It does an excellent job of monitoring all the important things and also relaying information to me about how all of those work together to keep me healthy (or not). It's fairly simple to set up and use and benefit from. But it's not perfect - there are a few things about the device itself and the accompanying app you should know before deciding if it's the best fitness tracker for you. Things I love: - Super Simple Design - Excellent Battery Life - Has all the monitors you'd expect in full featured fitness tracker - Great App Layout with excellent info/insights - Very affordable Things I don't like: - Much bigger/bulkier than I expected - Some advanced app features are behind a paid wall - Waterproof band not included This is an excellent fitness tracker and the accompanying app is also probably the best fitness tracker app I've ever used. It's annoying that some more advanced features are hidden behind a paid wall, but these days I guess everyone's doing that. And the important thing is that what you get without paying for a subscription is enough and is actually more insight than most apps offer you. When I first opened it and put it on, my biggest disappointment was immediate - this thing is much bigger and bulkier than I expected for a fitness tracker only with no face and no extra functionality. While it's not quite as wide as my apple watch, it's equally as tall and equally as thick. So wearing it feels no different than wearing a smart/fitness watch. I was hoping it would be something that felt more like wearing a bracelet and gave more of a "barely there" feeling, but it is not. The band it comes with is wider than my Apple Watch band and with the tracker itself being almost the same size as an apple watch (just a bit narrower), it doesn't feel any different. I'm guessing the battery is partially to blame, and while I love that the battery is lasting 10-12 days, I would happily give that up for needing to charge it every 3-4 days if it meant a smaller, more comfortable device. I'm not saying it's not comfortable - it totall is - but it's not more comfortable than a standard fitness watch which is what I was really hoping for in this form factor. The battery life has been amazing. Not having to take it off to charge is great. Maybe next time they'll strike a better balance of decent battery but smaller form factor. But if you don't care about the size and it being the same as a watch, you will love not having to worry about charging it for almost two weeks. This thing has all the monitors you'd expect in a fitness tracker and it seems to be dead on with its measurments based on other things I have used. It constantly tracks your Heart Rate, Blood Oxygen Level, and Activity (steps/etc). It also tracks your sleep and does it in a way that seems more useful than other apps/devices I've used. It takes all this info and pairs it with your weight/height/etc to produce some pretty helpful insights. It also looks at these things over time to give more advanced information. Within the app, I can see my average resting heart rate (and a score), my Heart Rate Variability (and score), my steps and approximate calories burned, my stress level, workout info, and more! It uses all this info to produce a "hybridcharge" indicator that basically helps you see how what your doing makes you ready for the day. The sleep tracking is dead on and in the app, it gives you constant insight into what it's seeing and advice on how to improve if needed. Sleep metrics include duration, regularity, deep sleep, REM sleep, and wake time. It also records your average sleeping heart rate, respiratory rate, and Hypopnea. Additionally, you can give more input in the app to get more results/help. You can even log your food in the app to do a calories in/out calcuation. It really is a full featured and excellent app with everything you need without having to pay a subscription. The Subscription is for Aura which just adds some even more advanced functionality. One thing I like is that the tracker is waterproof and I don't mind wearing it when swimming. Even though my Apple Watch is waterproof, I never feel comfortable wearing it while swimming. But since this doesn't have a dial knob and a mic opening and stuff like that, I have no problem wearing it. It functions just fine and works great for swimming workouts. My one gripe is the included band absorbs water so after, you have to pop the tracker out of it and leave the band in the sun to dry for an hour or so - I wish they would have included a waterproof silicone band to use for that. But it's a small thing in the big picture. To summarize, I really love the functionality of the Amazfit Helio Band! I feel like it does a better job and gives me much better info than my Apple Watch and Apple Health App. BUT my Apple Watch does a million other things this doesn't. I was hoping this would be a much smaller "bracelet-like" device that I could wear next to my Apple Watch or always wear even when I don't want to have a watch on my arm. But in the end it wears the same and feels the same. That's my only complaint. In every other way it excels as a fitness tracker and if that's all you need, for the price it can't be beat.

The Amazfit Helio Strap Fitness & Recovery Tracker is perhaps, just what a doctor would order. Whether or not that holds true for any of us, what is true is it is just what you need to keep track of your progress. I immediately downloaded the app and looked over the application's offerings. There is of course, a paid upgrade but for the purpose of this review I am not yet signing up for that feature. It also keeps track of your sleep habits and while one might not think that is important, to someone such as myself, it is a big deal. Over the last 7 days I am averaging about 8.5 hours of sleep, with Deep Sleep averaging 39 minutes a night and REM (Dreams!) one hour and 22 minutes a night. The watch is a bit more insightful than my Apple Watch 8 showing Sleep Duration, Sleep Regularity, Deep Sleep, REM Sleep and Awake Time and the Amazfit along with my BiPAP machine and Anker Sleep A30 Earbuds are all working together to help me sleep better. Having recently undergone a reverse shoulder replacement on my right side and surgery on my left hand, I am not exactly working out as hard as I normally would but I still get up and go for my walks starting around 5:30 to 6:30 or so in the morning and at least twice more during the day. I average between 2 and 3 miles total each day. The watch monitors my heart rate and to date my resting heart rate is between 52 and 57 BPM (Beats Per Minute). I am pleased with this level of fitness but will continue to work at being as good as I can be. There is a section in the application for "Workout' and once my stitches are removed and I am given the go-ahead by my physician I shall explore that feature but in summation, the app has a Training Calendar where you can start a new exercise plan and track such personal variables as strength and endurance. That will prove helpful, believe me! The Amazfit allows you to monitor your VO2 Max which is the maximum rate at which your body can use the oxygen you take in during periods of exercise. This is an objective way to measure your cardiovascular fitness and aerobic endurance and monitor your progress as time goes on in your journey toward overall fitness. There are also a number of workouts from which to choose including, Outdoor Running, Walking, Strength Training and more. I suspect each of us will have more than enough to choose from and mine will include Walking and once I am amble to resume it, Strength Training. I like the Amazfit's modest size but do wish it had a Clock Display as there are many times I forget to wear my Apple Watch as it must be charged once a day. The Amazfit has been running several days now on a single charge and currently has a readout of 28% battery left. This is after over a week of use. Again, given that my Apple Watch lasts about a day on a single charge I am thrilled with the battery life of the Amazfit and I know that this is also due to not having any display at all, so while i would like a clock, I understand why it isn't there but that is also why I gave this marvelous device 4 out of 5 Stars. The Amazfit Helio Strap is easy to read, understand and make good use of all the information that is literally at your fingertips. I think it is worth every penny and I recommend it for anyone serious about tracking their health and fitness progress!

Subscription Amazfit - Helio Strap Fitness & Recovery Tracker - 10-Day Battery, 24/7 Health Tracking - No - Black - (2025). I had recently tested a lower cost Fitbit tracker and thought that it was a good quality tracker so I figured the new Amazfit would be even better. I noticed the description promoting that no subscription was required to benefit from the tracking abilities but then I saw a low cost subscription an app called the Zepp App with a two week trial and used it because it added more in depth tracking. I then started to allow a few of my trackers to be able to share the different categories they monitor. As the days passed by I noticed that my data was creating great summaries from my Oura ring, to Apple Ultra 4 health and my Hume band all created a wealth of data that was worth reviewing to see how my trends were moving. I liked that you could choose different workout routines depending on what are of the body you wanted to focus on. I always liked reading what the summaries that each of my devices had in there application to see if the feedback was the same or different from the other options. My Zepp app special subscription ends in 2 days but I will use the basic functions on it. Now for my mixed results issue with Amazfit. My hand is slightly larger than average and I always had to max out the sizing before I was able to manuever it on to my arm and then secure it with the velcro. I have to adjust the band during the day because it gets uncomfortable which becomes frustrating. If you have a normal size hand/arm then you should be fine.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed review of the Amazfit Helio Strap. We’re glad to hear you’ve found value in the health and recovery insights through the Zepp app, as well as the ability to review and compare your data across multiple devices.
We also appreciate your feedback regarding the band fit. We understand that the current Velcro adjustment may not be comfortable for everyone, particularly for users with larger wrists or hands. Your feedback is valuable and will be shared with our product team as we continue working to improve the Helio Strap experience.
Thank you again for giving Amazfit a try and for sharing your experience with us!

The Helio strap arrived in a small box with the charger that needs an USB C input, the cable is not included and that is ok because I have many already. The charger uses a magnet to stay on the insert that has the necessary sensors to capture all the important stats all day long, lastly the strap is included too. Amazfit offers different products with screens, and this one does not have one, letting me wear a watch that I like plus this strap that can be held on the other wrist to capture all day long heart rate. And it can also be worn at my upper arm, so it does not bother me while I am working out. I really like that there is no need for subscription to get the information, it tracks heart rate all day long. It also gives me information on how well I slept. It even lets me know my blood oxygen, so it is information I like to know about. The up to 10-day battery life lets me not worry about charging it at all, I charge it when I am at my computer at any time I want during the week. When I am doing the brick for my training it comes very useful to know how my training was and it does let me know if there is room for pushing it further or when to pull back. The Zepp App gives me plenty of information that I like to know, and I really like that the information gets also sent to my other training apps I use like Strava. The app does offer subscription to get even more information. Overall, the Helio strap does a great job tracking my health all day and all night and it gives me reports that help me do better on each of the sports, while training it comes in handy and it also is important to have when recovering. I like it because it is not as bulky as a watch and it is not distracting either, I can wear my own watch when I am not training but still, I want to track all day this is the way to go.

Bottom Line: If you want to get accurate data the Helio Strap requires you to use the Zepp app and your phone to start, stop and categorize every activity. If you don’t want to carry your phone I recommend the Amazfit watches which give you control via the watch face. I have worn the Amazfit Helio Strap for several days and through several workouts. Overall it gives accurate data but interpreting the information is somewhat problematic if you don’t use your phone and the Zep app while working out. Because the strap does not have a display the only way it can categorize your workout is by sensing the workout or you have to directly enter the information into the Zepp app via your phone. For example I did an hour long gym session, drove home and had a quick drink and bite then headed out for a 40 minute walk. When I checked the Zepp app later that day it included all that time into one single workout including my drive time and my stop for a bite to eat! I was also wearing a smart watch and smart ring and both of them detected the difference in exercise sessions as well as location change. So to get accurate data you have to carry your phone and use it while exercising. Using the Zep app you will need to start, stop and categorize every workout session. As a sleep monitor it performs well because it does sense your sleep accurately. Note that this strap is only slightly smaller than a smart watch so for someone who doesn’t like to wear a watch to sleep this may not be much better. To validate the accuracy of the Helio strap I compared it to the information recorded during various workouts to my smart watch, smart ring and a heart strap style monitor and for the most part the heart rates recorded were close to each other. Zepp Mobile App: The Zepp mobile app does a good job of analyzing your workouts and sleep information and providing you with some core metrics to guide your daily activities. All the analysis is free in the app except the Sleep/Aura analysis which is a subscription cost. The app does provide basic sleep information but anything more than that comes at a cost. Fit and Feel: I don’t have large wrist or hands but I found that I had to nearly unhook the entire strap just to get my hand in and out. Anyone with large hands will certainly need to fully undo the strap to get the band on and off.

The Amazfit Helio Strap Fitness Tracker p comes with a compact size instruction manual giving you preliminary information about how it works. You can then load the Zepp app from the App Store and the app walks you through how to set up this device. It also comes with a compact size charging puck, which is then connected to a USB cord (not included) and it quickly charges. The Zepp app contains so much information so this is amazing. It tracks Steps, Exertion Load, Sleep Duration, VO 2 Max, Training Status, & Heart Rate Variability. There is a section to log your food along with calorie goal, Heart Health, Stress & Weight. There is just an amazing amount of information that you can collect from this device. There is a Q&A section along with lots of explanation of various sections. I wore this device & compared the stats with another brand that I use. Most things like Sleep were the same but the steps did vary so it is hard to know which is correct. This device is more comprehensive & people who workout daily would really appreciate this. This device also has a Find Device section since it is really easy to misplace these devices if you remove during showering . One evening I got a distressing email from a company & this device sent me a message that my stress was up! I had no idea. The nylon strap on this device is a bit thick on my wrist & I kept over tightening it but once I figured that out, I found it quite comfortable to wear 24 hrs a day.

Amazfit Helio Strap Fitness & Recovery Tracker measures steps taken, calories burned, hour slept, standing minutes and target heart rate. It is very lightweight and is rated to perform to a depth of 164 feet below water. Helio provides all of this useful data without subscription fees! It is rugged & is built for everyday use in real world conditions. Its versatility is amazing! I also have an Amazfit smart watch; the Helio strap and the watch work together with the Zepp App to collect data, whether you wear either the strap, the smart watch, or both simultaneously. The Helio Strap battery lasts up to an amazing 10 days before recharging! Charging requires less than 2 hours; a magnetic charging puck is included with the Helio Strap. Simply plug a USB-C cord with wall adaptor (not included) into the puck, then insert the magnetic puck with 2) contacts against the sensor on the strap. Magnetic attraction holds it securely as it charges. CONCLUSION: The Helio Strap, when paired with the Zepp app, provides sleep, recovery, stress, heart rate, and workout data. Considering this wide capability with no subscription required, Amazfit Helio Strap Fitness & Recovery Tracker earns my high recommendation.

I have always been in the market for a reliable health band to read my daily stats to understand where my body is at on any given day. I have tried multiple smartwatches however due to having a screen and other functionality the battery never lasts and dies by end of day. I was so thankful that I ran into a health band that only focuses on health and does not have a screen to increase battery life. This band arrived ready to use right out of the box. There is little to no setup, only need to scan the QR code to download the app that comes with it and walks through the setup. The "Zepp" application is easy to navigate and use whenever I need to check on something. I have been using this band for a week on the same charge and still above 60%. I take it off when showering otherwise I find myself always having it on when im awake or sleeping. Most notable that I like about this band is it monitors my sleeping habits, being able to identify REM and deep sleep. Sleep has always been very difficult for myself and this band really helps me try to develop a better routine. Overall this is a must have for anyone interested in a health band that has amazing battery life and great stat readings!

I’ve been a loyal Apple Watch fan since it was introduced. I have a few nice mechanical watches that I stopped wearing years ago. But I got the watch bug again and looked for screenless device to keep tracking my health metrics while wearing an old-school watch on the other arm. I refuse to pay for Whoop’s subscription and this Amazfit band seems to be the best and cheapest alternative to Whoop. It seems pretty accurate with most measurements being reasonably close to the Apple Watch. The Zepp app is very good. Overall, I am happy with this purchase.

I’ve been using the Amazfit Helio Strap and have been impressed with its lightweight design and focus on fitness and recovery tracking. It’s comfortable enough to wear throughout the day and night, and the recovery, sleep, heart rate, and activity insights are useful for understanding how my body is responding to workouts and daily activity. The strap is discreet and much less noticeable than a traditional smartwatch, while still providing valuable health and fitness data. The battery life is also a plus. Overall, the Amazfit Helio Strap is a great option for anyone looking for a simple, comfortable fitness and recovery tracker without the distractions of a smartwatch. Great product for tracking both workouts and recovery.

The Amazfit Helio Ring delivers impressive smart recovery tracking in a lightweight, titanium design. It excels at monitoring sleep quality, readiness, and heart rate, making it a great companion for athletes. While the Zepp Aura subscription adds costs and the battery life is brief, it remains a sleek, comfortable fitness tracker.
