Nice vibrant color, with multiple adjustments for different color themes. Ports on the right side (when facing TV) make for easy access. 1 HDMI ARC. 2 other HDMI. Legs easy to install. I use a soundbar, so I cannot really talk about the TV sound. Hook up with the soundbar was easy. Goes into sleep mode quickly and awakens quickly.

Great tv for the price, extremely hard to find a good quality 4K tv under $500. Live sports content in 4K such as soccer is always a test for TVs and is choppy on this model when using the native Fire TV operating system but smooth if you use the latest Chromecast. Brightness is ok, doesn’t get as peak bright as TCLs in the same price range but this is a better all-around and more stable TV. Lots of picture options to tinker with depending on the content you’re watching. Built-in Alexa and Apple AirPlay is great. Sound is okay, needs an Echo or soundbar to really pop.

The design of the TV is great, and we really like the Ambient mode picture/paintings display (using it as a budget Samsung Frame alternative), but the picture itself lags substantially, both when viewing live content (via YouTube TV) and streaming movies/shows (ex. Nextflix). It's mounted right next to our WiFi router and we've never had this issue with other TVs, so it would stand to reason it's the device itself. Wondering if it's potentially a glitchy build, so I'm planning to reach out to support to see what my options are. Stay tuned...

I love this TV, does everything that I wanted to do, could use a little more HMI in the back.

Was questioning what tv to get. This tv is amazing and the price was very affordable. So happy with my choice. Love the Alexa hands free ability!

We are very pleased with this TV. I think that the colors were off when we first started using it, but then I changed some settings and the picture got much better. If you are looking for a tv and not willing to spend too much, this is a great option.

Just recently got the TV and from first impressions, I love it. Picture Quality is a lot crisper from my previous tv (Samsung 43’) and it has everything i need to enjoy my tv to the fullest. Great for gaming, movies, sports. Very happy with my purchase.

For the price this tv is very reasonable. Sound quality is better than expected. I like that I can say “Alexa tv on hdmi 4” for turning on tv/cable input. The picture quality is what you would expect for a smart tv in this price range.

This is my first smart TV. I bought it as a dupe for the Frame, I wanted a TV that could double as a piece of art. Had I known that Amazon would present ads for upgrades in its home menu, I wouldn’t have bought this. Maybe it’s how all smart TVs are, I don’t know. The picture and sound quality are great. The menus/interface is designed and laid out well, and easy to manage and maneuver. The remote is simple and easy to use. I tried the Alexa button once and it didn’t work as intended: I asked Alexa to play a show on discovery+ but it brought up Prime’s version instead of the installed app. I don’t like how the Home menu shows ads. At least it’s TV-related. I don’t need to be bombarded with advertisements on what’s available to rent or new Prime add-ons or subscriptions. If I wanted to rent movies, I’d look in the menu for Rentals. And I don’t get why tubi or these other channels that have ads keep showing up. I’m never going to watch one of those shows, I can’t stand commercials. Stop trying to push these on me, Amazon. I don’t watch sports, you don’t need to show ads for these subscription packages or tell me that a game is on. My big complaint is that if I’m watching a show, turn the TV off (or pause), then come back 30-60 minutes later, the page is gone—i have to click through the app and menus again from the original FireTV Home screen to find it. At least it allows me to resume the episode, but it’s a hassle to click through and spend a minute doing that. This happens even after 20mins of having a show paused.

When the TV worked it was a great TV. Then one day it got stuck on the logo screen and quit working. That was a sad day.

For the price of the tv and comparing to me high end Oled lg tv in my living room, I’m pleasantly impressed with how well this tvs quality is. My old bedroom Hisense tv just randomly quit working, so needed to replace. And this is better than what I had in mind. Will strongly recommend.
