A little confusing to setup initially but after some patience and a few days I figured out how to keep the clock on constantly. I like the quick go to icons. Looks and Feels like tablet

Echo Hub Smart Home Control Panel with Alexa - White it is easier to control multiple lights, cameras, audio and other devices

Once you get it set up, it is handy to use. It has no ads or a camera. It is not a tablet, but only a Smart Hub feature to control your Smart devices. It has a little learning curve, but once you get it setup the way you want, it works. It has its limitations, hopefully get them worked out in updates. (A lot of my issues have not been with the Hub but with my smart cameras. If you have Ring products, I have read this works amazing). Built in speakers are as good as a fire tablet, it is not like Echo Dot in sound quality. It also is wall mountable and POE compatible.

Great hub to make house or rental smart, hands free and state of the art.

This is in my opinion is a must have if you have a ring alarm setup. Super easy to setup and mount. I used this to replace my old alarm.com panel - seamless transition.

I received this without an outlet plug. I then found out it is unable to set up or connect without that plug. Not sure why I continue to be so unlucky with these things. But it is a great company and I’m sure if my plug wasn’t missing it would be a great product

Very easy to set up, and to connect your home cameras to it!

My house is full of the Sengled Zigbee lights that require a hub to control them. The Sengled app stopped working and Alexa discontinued the skill to control these lights. I thought I was going to have to buy all new lights. The Alexa hub had the zigbee protocol built into the unit! So I can hook all of my lights up through the Alexa app, bypassing the Sengled app. This allowed all of the lights to work again, and actually respond faster off of the Alexa hub. It also hooks into my ring and august app for the doors, and has a great great that lets you see the cameras or controls for the lights. Really worth the money!

this is just a hub so it is perfect for communiacations. You can use it as an echo device however not the reason I bought it. Is perfect for what I use it for with a whole home IOT.

Love this product. Very helpful and can view any number of home related things in addition to simply listening. Easy to install and operate.

It’s ok. I wish the camera would stay on all the time because it defaults to the home page quite frequently. Also the interface is clunky for 2025.

I'm using this as a smart home controller. Mostly my goal was to control smart lights (Hue bulbs) in living room, and it works pretty well for that. It is also a cheaper option than some of the high end controls like Brilliance. Pros: Alexa home app much better than Google's, in that it allows you to create groups of groups. Ring doorbell integration is FANTASTIC. Love being able to immediately glance up and see who is ringing the doorbell rather than pulling my phone out of my pocket. Cons: I do wish that it could do full Hue app functionality. You are somewhat limited in options for how to use your lights. It can't for example access your scenes nor does it give you easy touch control over dimming. You CAN set colors and dim, just not with a single touch.

Easy to set up - nice 1 place visual of devices, etc.

The solution I was looking for, Had alot of issues with my “automated” home alarm system that would not communicate well with any smart device. so I decided to get rid of it and replaced it with this panel. Everything works great now.

I liked how easy it was to setup and connect all my devices to it. I enjoy having a central touchscreen panel for it all. Only thing I would like is for it to be faster. Sometimes it lags.
