They SELL used/registered devices as NEW then refuse to do anything when they are called out on it. Watch what you buy. "You need to call the manufacturer" Bought back in March 2024 and just received 17 June, yesterday, so I'm out of the return window..

Such a hit! My grandsons love the Alexa at my house so it was time they both had one of their own. I purchased two, 10/10. They are adorable and work just as an Alexa should.
