This is a great smart display with a clear screen and smooth performance. Setup was quick and easy, and it works perfectly for video calls, watching videos, and controlling smart home devices. The sound quality is better than expected, and the touch screen is very responsive. Overall, it’s a very useful device and definitely worth the price. Highly recommended.

This smart device is a game changer! I use it to keep in touch with my 88year old mother. Beyond the fantastic Alexa commands and answers, it also has a “drop in” feature. This drops your face into mom’s screen so she can see you and adds her face into the video so you can have a video chat. The audio is loud enough for her elderly ears! I have tried a slew of phones, IPhones, Android, Flip and she cannot hear and her hands can no longer manage a phone. I can also call mom, or anyone else, manage my world, enjoy music or movies and ask Alexa for just about anything! Game changer! Thank you! Elli

I just added a PC setup to my office and the addition of the Alexa Show 8 has turned it seamlessly into a smart setup. The playful banter, quick access to calanders, alerts, and inquiries are the best parts. The ads must be mentioned, they're not at all noticeable unless you're trying. I'd prefer them to go away but they're silent and short. This is my first experience so I've got nothing to compare it to but I'm enjoying it.

Great addition to my existing home environment. It compliments my room and I can control all of security, home task, calendar, schedules, reminders, alarms. This is like have an assistant to many of my needs. Bravo to new addition to my home.

I am happy with my new Alexa Echo. Nice size screen and easily accessible controls. Great sound, great colors on the display. I have not yet used all its features but anticipate loving each one.

Bought this as an upgrade for our Echo Show 5. There's a world of difference. The sound quality is far superior on the Echo 8 model. Deep bass and loud when you want loud. The screen is large and has a brilliant display. Very happy with this product.

My wife and I are very pleased with our Amazon Echo Show 8. It has a clear picture and the sound is excellent. it is also very easy to use and you will get several emails on how to get the full use out of the Echo Show 8. I am glad I purchased this item.

I picked up the newest Echo Show 8 and honestly, I’m really impressed. The screen is super vibrant and the HD display looks clean and sharp. The sound surprised me too—loud, clear, and perfect for music or videos. Setup was quick, the interface feels smooth, and the camera quality is much better than I expected. I use it for checking my cameras, watching quick videos, and controlling smart devices, and it handles everything with no issues. Overall, this is a solid upgrade and definitely worth it. This latest generation is superior in every way to former shows. The entire experience is much much faster. You'll notice a huge improvement over previous generation shows. Sound is also much better. I have 3 of these now throughout the house and absolutely love them.

The echo show 8 is a huge leap forward from my small echo show from several years ago. Have been impressed with the features and capabilities. Alexa plus is way better than Alexa, being much more informative, interactive, and conversational. The screen is very vibrant. Also super easy to set up. A great value as well for what you get.

The quality is excellent and it's easy to use; I think it's a good price for everything you can do with it.

Purchased for my seventy-nine year old father for Christmas. He had it set up within an hour and texts me daily with updates on new things he is learning from it. He loves seeing the time and temp on the large display, especially first thing in the morning, he says it helps him plan his day and he doesn’t spend time scrolling thru his phone. I’ll be buying another for my mom for her home.

The new Echo Show 8 blows away the previous 3rd generation model in sound quality. Much better sound. No distorted bass like the previous model. However, it's more expensive. The display screen looks the same to me as the previous model. Build quality seems ok, but I had to return the first one as the screen was flickering. The replacement one now seems ok. If you have the 3rd generation Echo 8 Show, I'm not so sure it would be worth spending more money for the new one model unless your really critical about the bass . If your looking for excellent sound, spend your money on a high quantity Bluetooth speaker from JBL or Marshall at Bestbuy.
