Easy to use, great battery life, clear screen...easy to see. Light weight and easily portable.

Plays movies without buffering. My kids love it. I can't get any apps from Google play or Apple. It won't pair with my Sony 4K Ultra HD TV. I can mirror Stars Play but not Showtime Anytime. It's great for beginners. I like having an SD slot for extra storage.

I have had other Amazon Fire tablets, but find I am enjoying this one the most. First of all, the large screen is a real plus. In addition, I like the new, improved operating system for its ease of use. Also I have found the Amazon Underground experience with lots of free apps to be better than I expected. Finally, it's also very light weight and thin which makes it easy to take with you. Overall , it's a great tablet.

The tablet is great, I had the Kindle Fire hd7 and I wanted something bigger so I was thinking of getting the Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 but on the same day I went this one came out and I decided to go back home do research and come back and not only did I pay less but I also got a great tablet for what I want to use it. Watch things online and carry all my school documents to save ink and paper. So definitely a great tablet.

I love my new 10" Kindle, watching movies is now more enjoyable. Searching the internet is easier and playing games a blast! The only thing I am disappointed with is the battery. I find myself recharging up to 2X a day! I guess it is to be expected with the larger screen and no upgrade on the battery specs. My 7" Kindle Fire HD can go all day and not need recharging. I emailed customer support about the battery issue, but received no response. Would be interested to hear what your experience has been with the battery issue.

Very nice and a good size. I've had all the odd kindle fires. The first one. The Third gen 7 HD, And now the Fifth Gen HD 10. Each gets better for different reasons. I like the larger screen to read with. The extra memory is a nice addition and finally and sd card slot that can take up to 128G. All round a nice tablet. Is it the best no but if you are an amazon fan and use the amazon services the fires are the bet in that environment.

My kids have had a kindle for years this is their 3rd one. We upgrade regularly. This kindle has a great picture and is very lightweight. It has some new features that remind me of an iPad. You can swipe to close apps from running in the background and you can view in tiles like on other kindles or in a store format similar to the iTunes Store. Overall this is a great kindle and we are still learning about all the new features and how to use them.

I bought this to replace my Fire HDX 8.9 tablet. I gave that one to my granddaughter since I only use it for going online and reading books. Her tablet had been damaged and she uses it for far more then I ever used it for. But, the Fire HD10 is an excellent tablet and the screen is larger too. Of course, it doesn't have everything the HDX has, including the Mayday button, but if you are looking for a tablet that doesn't cost almost $500. for 32 GB, then this is the one to buy. I also like that this one has the ability to use an SD Micro card to add additional memory to it. The picture quality is excellent and I'm very satisfied with my new tablet.

I had an older Amazon tablet and decided to upgrade. Very happy that I did. Beautiful screen and very fast. Easy to set up.

Gave this to our kids (17,14) this past holiday because we wanted to give them something to watch movies on and play games on when we travel. It was also something the were not expecting to get as a gift. The display is so nice...color great...and it's easy to work. It's also a great price point for a tablet. We looked at iPads and decided they were way to expensive, especially because the Kindle could do almost the same thing. They LOVE them.

With the Fire HD 10, Amazon has become a player in the computer tablet field. Going far beyond just an entertainment device, the Fire HD 10 is an affordable and user friendly alternative to the much more expensive tablets.

Can you say --> Kindle Fan? Yes, the Kindle 10 inch is now my third one. I got it to have bigger pages for web surfing and game play. I was shocked how light it is, compared to my original 7" Kindle Fire. It also has forward and rear facing cameras. I bought the Bluetooth keyboard to complete the ensemble. Go for it!

I love this Kindle. I've had 2 previous 8.9 kindles and this one is great. Nice big screen and very easy to use.

I had the older Kindle Fire. It was time for any upgrade. When I seen the new Kindle Fire 10 I know it was the one for me! It's absolutely fabulous! I play my games, read my books, and check my pinterest! Great product

I purchased this after my 8.9 died. I really thought it would be better, but it's not. The screen is bigger, but that's the only thing I like about it. It's not as fast as the 8.9 either. It's functions more like an android phone. It doesn't stay charged as long as the 8.9 in my opinion either.

This is my 4th Kindle and I just love the 10" screen! The only thing is the chargers on all the kindles do not fit right. If not in a certain way they won't charge.

This tablet has everything needed to keep my 8 year old entertained for hours. He plays games, watches Netflix, and overall loves it. Great tablet for the price. It's also expandable for more memory space

I like the larger screen but don't like that the basic format was changed and it doesn't hold a charge as long as the Kindle Fire HXX 8.9 that I had previously, but still highly pleased with it overall.
