My grandkids kept breaking the glass screen on there tablets so I bought them each a new one for Christmas. Hopefully the rubber bumper will prevent future breaks. Also, these Fire Tablets have a larger memory and are excellent for kids games. They come in different colors too.

This product is very excellent for kids. It has educational materials that allow them to grow mentally and easily adjust to their normal school experience. I would highly recommend this device to anyone who wants to help guide their child or children in getting ready for actual school work.

My 2 year old grandson has not spent too much time without this fire 7 tablet. He keeps telling me it's his iPad, so what does that say about how much he loves it. I'm very happy with this purchase!

We could not have made a better purchase for kids tablets. Our kids are getting 2 years of unlimited educational apps and games geared for their ages. We have extensive parental control options. And the batter life is great. They can play for hours without needing to recharge.

I really like that the tablet has a lot of different kid apps and shows they can watch but the only problem is that we had it two weeks and the charging portal won’t hold the plug in anymore so I have to tape it and now I’m going to have to bring it back to be fixed so we can charge it normally without having to rig it up!

My kids love these. They work great, and I love the fact that they can either run like a regular android tablet or like a Amazon tablet. With the amazon kids account the kids get access to numerous apps, books, and much more for their age groups.

We got this for our daughter who is 4, she quickly became a fan because of the easy to navigate homescreen and lots of apps available for her audience. Only complaint is it freezes up. Im pretty sure it has a small processor. For an inexpensive tablet that otherwise works seamlessly this is a great buy!

First, the included apps and feature that is free for the first two years along with a warranty that if my 3 year old, which was my intended target of this particular device, breaks it, they will fix it, you cant go wrong. Now, it is great for my 3 year old. Not so much for me. For the price, you get what you pay for. Its slow, crappy, and total garbage for any use beyond what my three year old use it for. But she loves it. And that is all that matter. So, would I recommend it? Yes, IF you are buying it for a child under the age of so-so. No, IF you are buying it for either an adult or a teenager. There are better tablets out there for that group. But if you ARE buying for a child, I promise you, you will get your money worth and they, and you, will be very happy with the device and its features.

Having a tablet or a phone is inevitable in our life, and there is nothing we can do about it. Moreover, I know, there are toddlers over there who can read a book in a cart while grocery shopping or just curiously looking around. However, that is not our case. My nephew is three years old, and he is a lovely boy, but he hates grocery shopping, he gets bored very quickly and the only thing that helps, is his favorite cartoons. Earlier we gave him my iPhone, but it is so easy for a toddler to drop things down, so I made a decision to buy her a tablet. The price was a trigger for us to purchase Fire HD Kids Edition.

Very nice product, easy to set up, add apps and add movies. Set up the device and added 1 app and Disney and it took a total of 5 minutes. Easy for the kids to work. Also the protective casing works, my little one tested it within the first hour. Dropped it down the steps and the tablet was perfectly fine.

This tablet is great for my three year old. He is able to play kid friendly games and we can read books together on it. My favorite is the parental control which allows me to set a timer for when he uses it. It's gives learning a different perspective from the workbooks we use.

Parents! Are you tired of your phone or tablet being commandeered by drooling sticky handed bandits? Are you done with your apps and photos disappearing after a 40 minute Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Appisode binge? Are you fed up with cracked and damaged phones by no fault of your own? Well, let me tell you about the Fire 7 Kids Edition Tablet! At 1/7th the cost of an iPad and Lifeproof case, you can prevent your phone from becoming a $700 sticky cracked brick. The Fire 7 is your affordable answer. At just under $100, for the 16GB model, you can entertain your child for up to 8 hours. However, our professional toddler testing center has seen times closer to 6 hours in real world testing. Additionally, the charging time is a little slow; taking a few hours to charge fully. However, no child needs to spend 6 straight hours looking at a screen. The weight is lite, and with the case, it can withstand most drops from toddler height. We have only had it for a week, but our team of toddler researchers will continue to test to bring you the best insight to this device.

This was purchased for my 6 year old daughter and she loves the tablet. We as parents love it too. It has an amazing warranty and provides many parental controls. The only complaint is that the battery charge does not seem to last long.
