Great device more better than previous versions where it freezes .Easy set up easy to use cheap price. It has lots of memory lots of room for apps i recomend this to all my family and friends co workers also great picture quality cant get any better

I love it! Has a great picture tons of storage. This is the first one I’ve ever bought and I am blown away that all I have to do is plug it into my TV and it even controls my TV. I didn’t have to do anything. And I love the voice remote.;)

Currently have a TV that has minimal Smart TV features (older model but has a great picture quality) and not ready to give it up. Though I had another external streaming device it did not have a remote control or voice command capability. After input from friends and research I opted for the Fire Stick 4K Max with 16gb of storage. This allowed me to get rid of cable box/remote and have less visible boxes. Maneuvering to different streaming services may require one or two more steps than traditional TV or Cable Remotes but the remote voice capability makes it a quick transition. The one feature that I would have liked to see on the remote is a Sleep Timer but not a deal breaker. Though it comes with a power cord this can be bypassed by using a USB cable to connect to TV power. Highly recommend.

Very easy to setup. Read the directions and plugged it into my tv, I used HDMI port three and plugged one end of the cord c-connection and then plugged the other end of the cord to my electrical outlet. And all set beautiful picture with 4K. I would recommend it. Ease of directions and then plugging in took about less than five minutes.
