AMD Onimusha Game Bundle - Windows

I actually got them to honor it, just recall the number and explain in detail that you see it in your rewards and make sure they also go to that tab open it and identify that it is there but is not included in place where you got your order number and the details of what you bought, in that place there should maybe be the dumb anti virus or discord nitro thing so make sure they compare your rewards where the Onimashu game bundle shows up and the order details where it doesn’t and tell them the code was not sent to you by email like the other stuff. Then have them email you a receipt that includes the game code. Maybe reach out here if you need more explanation and I’ll check back hopefully if you try again it goes well. Make sure to call this number +1 (909) 621-7156 and just tel the ai you want to speak to an agent repeatedly. Best of luck.

I had the same issue but finally figured it out. Google AMD Rewards, it will you take you to AMD's rewards page, you'll need to create an account if you do not already have one. There was also a verification app I had to install from AMD which checked that I did have their product, then you can copy the code from the email into their rewards site, and it should activate it (mine was activated on Steam).
