The cards where never activated. I called eight times to Customer service only to be lied to everytime. Having to explain on every call all the details of every rep. I wasted multiple hours of my life trying to get my PROMISED REFUND WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS. It started out when I trusted Best Buy to purchase 3 Aerie $25 gift cards. These where xmas gifts for my children. They where excited until the cards didn't work. I called and the lies began. I gave my daughter cash so she could make her purchase. So I have paid for this gift twice. It was embarrasing. Every call I was lied to. I talked to tech support, supervisors, managers and a whole lot of customer service reps. I have initiated a investigation with my credit card company for my refund. I should have known after the 1st call. I spoke to the manager of the store and was told they sell the cards but are not responsible for any problems wioth the cards. They use a 3rd party vendor from overseas. Totally misrepresented. I field a complaint with the consumer protection agency in Massachusetts. No one cares at Best Buy about customer problems like these. Refer, Deny, Stall is there motto while they line their pockets with hard working peoples money. Totally disgusted with Best Buy. Back in the day they where a go to place where they stood behind everything they sold. Sadly this is not the reality currently. I will never do business with these money grubbing thieves again, I suggest you should heed this warning also. Don't trust them save your hard earned money and do business with an honest business...

Always are great Christmas present for our daughter. The shipping was fast and physical card arrived intact and usable.

I was planning to buy Best Buy gift cards for gifts and was pleased to be able to buy a few other store gift cards as well. Purchased Best Buy, Kohls, and American Eagle Outfitters gift cards in one trip. Associate was very helpful even though register was cranky.

Best Buy does the consumer a great service by making gift cards for other retailers such as American Eagle Outfitters readily available in-store. Saves time and the inconvenience of going to a separate store to make the purchase.
