Before I’ve been having 3 PC’s from Powerspec, purchased at Micro Center store. I enjoyed the build, however all of them had issues. One of them was overheating (like 96*C in valorant), another had insane packet losses, and another one was unstable and would just turn off occasionally. This PC was my last hope, and when it arrived (in about 4 days), I was extremely happy. I heard that AI test all their builds, and I really got a paper stating how it was undervolted by them. Beautiful, clean, and amazing build. Cable management is my pleasure. I also found it very quiet comparing to my prev PCs from micro center, as it wasn’t screaming even though I was running Crimson Desert on cinematic settings, path tracing in 2k res (frame gen 2, with DLSS 4.5 set on quality, running 100-180 fps). The only issue I had with it is that when I just unboxed it, it was giving me freezes in valorant (same as my prev PCs), however no such packet loss. I solved it with disabling LAN in device manager and running it windowed borderless, and no, it doesn’t affect performance giving 700-1100 fps on max settings. Overall I love this machine, however if I would be using LAN instead of WiFi, I think this would be a problem to me. I checked it with latencymon, and after such manipulation it indeed stopped giving me latencies derived from some driver conflicts. If you’re looking for something powerful, aesthetic, and affordable, this machine is just for you

Been using it for over a week. Huge upgrade over my last system. Nice, clean - no bloat ware. RGB's look great - great price for a system with this graphics card. Only gripe is I would have preferred 64 Ram - but it's an easy to make upgrade at some point.

Item Shipped and arrived in about 11 days. Internal Components 2x 16GB Corsair Vengeance. MOBO -MSI PRO B850-VC WIFI 7 (MS-7E56) GPU- PNY 5080 Mounted in 2 places so no sag. AIO- Zeus 360MM as shown in Pictures Quiet PC low temps has software to track temps preinstalled. Andromeda Insights tests the products before shipping they even run overclock testing and provide results in box.

Bought it online from BB. Got here pretty fast. It was packaged with the most care I have seen. The instructions to connect the PC are clear. They debloated windows 11 as well no more annoying pop ups and losing frames. Their support answered all my questions very fast. I recommend then over brands like Cyberpowerpc every time.

Showed up packaged very securely, and worked great right out of the box. Best Pre-Built so far.

Was having serious issues with C++ Redistributables and downloading apps so I had to do fresh USB Install and repurchase another windows keys for $140 which was really aggravating after completing setting up the PC and having to start over... other than that the PC works like a charm and is an absolute gaming beast. High refresh rates on cod and fortnite.

Ordered this PC from Best Buy because they had a great deal vs others and the manufacturer pricing. Otherwise I would have bought striaght from the vendor since you and further customise your order. First off this is a great PC. Outside of removing the PC from its VERY secure packing, removing the one piece internal padding and installing the bluetooth/ wifi device (just plugging it in) there is nothing you need to do it get it working properly. Just plug and play. No bloatware, no updates needed, no extra downloads and no extra configuration needed for it to work they way you expect it to work. Its super fast and surprisingly very quite. I ordered it and got it 5 days earlier than expected and as of owning it for almost a month I have no complaint. The only downside which is not a problem for me but maybe for others is that this PC comes with nothing but the Tower and the power cord. That means no connection cables, no mouse, no keyboard and of course no monitor. So make sure you have those beforehand. I had a major ordering incident (100% my fault) that the customer service team went above and beyond to help me with so I can safely get my order and for that I greatly appreciate their services and would recommend. PS:This is my first gaming Desktop since i have always used Laptops and a XBox for gaming so my review maybe a bit bias since I am coming from lower spec platforms. I will definitely update if anything changes.

Excellent PC, fast and well-built. Graphics are the best.

Quality of build is fantastic with no issues straight out of the box. Getting it out and started up took just minutes. The power of it hits right when you load up the first game. Only knock I have is the best produced in longer sessions of gaming. But even that hasn’t been a large issues

Great PC, no bloatware. RAM and power supply may need updated in the future, but it is an absolute monster at 1440p.

The computer for 99.99% of people would likely be a system that would meet and exceed any reasonable expectations. Unfortunately we were unable to keep this system due to reasons beyond the control of Andromeda Insights despite their best efforts. I still wanted to review it and especially Andromeda Insights as it pertains to their customer service. It has been a very long time since we have experienced the level of courtesy and professionalism that everyone we dealt with provided to us. If you are thinking about buying a computer from this company, don't hesitate. They really did everything right and the computer itself was incredibly well built.

This pc handles tasks quickly and effectively, is a great setup.

Great PC, nothing else to really say I was really happy with what I got. A couple of tweaks I still need to work out with but overall solid if you know what you’re doing.
