Overall, I'm completely satisfied with both the support and build quality of AI's (the good kind) desktop. Ordering was quick and easy through the website. I even received the item ahead of schedule. FedEx shipping was fantastic. The computer was packed with care, using foam to make sure everything shipped without damage. The parts used are great. Ended up with Corsair RAM, MSI Motherboard, and AsRock GPU. The GPU was a Challenger, which does not have programable RGB, but everything else is programable aRGB, which makes the system quite a showpiece. Support is also rapid to respond, to my request in regards to warranty and service, if needed. Everything is running smoothly, plus the AIO had the plastic removed from the cold plate, which is better than most builders. Overall, I'd recommend Andromeda Insights for their build quality, aesthetics, and support. A+.

I've been working with computers for nearly 40 years and needed another PC for a very specific function. Feeling too lazy to build another one at this time (I usually build my own), I decided I'd give this prebuilt a try. Wanted something that I could experiment with SteamOS on, but still had a Windows license because I will delay the SteamOS install. I verified all parts and they are all as listed. My build came with (keeping some obscurity because you may not get exactly this): Mobo - MSI B850 CPU - AMD 9800X3D GPU - ASRock 9070 XT HD - 2TB Lexar NQ780 MEM - 32GB ADATA XPG DDR5 6000 Your purchase might not come with the exact parts I've listed, but they will be comparable. I also did not find any spyware or malware installed with the system... only the bare minimum necessary apps to manage the devices installed. I would definitely order another Andromeda Insights computer again... in fact, I'm considering do so for my daughter who wants a new machine with a 9800X3D. For now I'm using this machine on my living room TV because the Steam Machine didn't release with the horsepower I need. I'm currently using Steam in Big Picture Mode and it's working very nicely. I don't have the same sleep/power controls from my 8BitDo Pro 3 and Steam Controller has on a Steam Machine, but it works well enough with a Windows sleep setting of 3 hours.

I’ve been very happy with the Andromeda. The build quality is fantastic and it feels like a very premium PC. The design is sleek, and the metal construction along with the lighting accents are very well done without feeling over the top. Performance has also been great. It has treated me very well both as a gaming PC and as a coding PC. It handles games smoothly and also has the speed and responsiveness I want for everyday productivity and development work. Overall, this has been an excellent purchase and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a powerful, well-built, and great-looking desktop.
