Questions & Answers
Is it compatible with Samsung?
Answered by Anker TeamYes, it is compatible with Samsung phones, but with a limitation.
is it compatible with iPhone 16 ?
Answered by Anker TeamYes, it is fully compatible with the iPhone 16. The power bank uses MagSafe-compatible wireless charging, and the iPhone 16 supports MagSafe. You can charge it wirelessly (magnetic snap-on) or via the USB-C cable for wired charging. For best magnetic hold and charging speed, use a slim MagSafe-compatible case (or no case). It will charge at up to 15W wirelessly or up to 20W via cable (depending on the USB-C PD output).
Does this. Magnetic charger work for an iPhone 14 Pro?
Answered by Anker TeamYes, it works with iPhone 14 Pro. The Anker 621 MagGo uses magnetic wireless charging, and the iPhone 14 Pro has built-in magnets, so it will attach securely and charge wirelessly. For best results, use a slim case or no case (thick cases or magnetic accessories may reduce attachment strength). It can also charge via USB-C to Lightning cable if needed.
Is this compatible with andrioid devices such as Samsung Galaxy series phones that could be charged using a wireless charging pad?
Answered by Anker TeamYes, it is compatible with Android devices like Samsung Galaxy phones. You can use it as a standard Qi wireless charging pad to charge wirelessly. Note that magnetic attachment may not work firmly since most Samsung Galaxy phones (except newer models with Qi2) lack built-in magnets for Magsafe alignment. For best results, use a magnetic case or attach a metal ring. You can also charge via USB-C cable using the power bank's output port.
