I love thes thing. Works in Europe and other countries witniut issue. This is my second one which is why 4 and nit 5 stars because my previous one got super hot using the available outlet on a recent flight and is now its a bit flaky.my only other issue is how bulky it is. But it allows me to travel without my laptop brick so its worth it.
I would recommend this to a friend
