So far so good. It has been extremely handy. The battery itself charges quickly, and it chargers devices quickly as well. Love this product! Family used it during travels as well so now I think I may be gifting one to everyone next Christmas.

I purchased this on 1/24/26, and then it died on 2/16/26. I was only able to use it twice, charging my phone, which reduced the power bank battery to 58%, and then it went completely dead. I followed all troubleshooting recommendations on Anker's website to restart it, recharge it, nothing worked. I then brought it into the store on 2/17/26 to return it or exchange it, only to be told that because I was 12 days after the 14 day limit for non-members, I have no recourse to return a defective, expensive item. $70. I was told however that if I spend another $50 to purchase a membership I could return it for a full refund. Which means that if I now spend a total of $120, I could get $70 back. This is unacceptable. The store representatives were delightful, they were kind and helpful. I hold no issue with them, I do however have a HUGE issue with this policy. This wasn't a year later that it died. It was less than a month! How could I tell it would die before I could even use it a third time??? I spoke with the manufacturer but they said since I purchased it at Best Buy I need to follow their return instructions. PLEASE HELP! I have my receipt.

87W in a portable small size plus it’s easy to carry. Decent weight. What a great portable backup power devise to have available anytime anywhere you go. I totally appreciate having the attached power cable. It charges in a great time.

Charges quickly, compact and powerful for it's size. The built in 65W Type-c cable is very convenient and a huge plus for those that need to charge laptops and larger electronics. highly Recommend.

This Anker Power Bank is Great. My wife loves it. Glad I picked this one! Powerful and quick. Simple to use. Charges up speedily. Compact and solidly survivable.

Great powerbank! I was able to use it during a recent trip. It charged my phone multiple times over a day which is was amazing to have in a different country. Having a type-c cable attached is super convenient as I didn't need to carry an extra cable. Same for charging the powerbank itself as I didn't need to find a separate cable for charging. Really good design overall. Only negative point is it is bulky but that is expected since it's big mAh capacity.

This is an excellent power bank with very good charging capacity. It's a little on the heavier side and not meant to be placed into your pocket, but able to charge my iPhone multiple times and also used to charge my iPad (uses a bit more of the bank capacity)

The powerbank is sleek and fits easily in my bag. It charges any of my devices quite fast and it is easy to use.

Good price point, works well with small solar panels that have USB C (panels I am using only give 30W on USB C so works nicely for charging), then I could take these and use them to charge other devices including an Anker C300 DC - there is wattage limiting on Anker C300 DC and Prime Power banks so the lower limit is less of a problem when charging between 80% and 100%, further my Macbook Air only pulls around 60W max, good middle ground between a base level energizer with slower recharge and a 140W Prime 737 or better from Anker

This is a great product! It charges devices and also recharges quickly. It's heavier than my last 2 chargers but well worth it if it lasts longer.

I’m really happy with this purchase. It works well and does exactly what I need it to do. The price was very reasonable compared to similar products, so it feels like a great value. I’ve used it a few times already and haven’t had any problems. Overall, I’m glad I bought it and would recommend it.

I got this as a gift and haven't used it personally but I was a little worried because the wire USBC is attached believe it or not that thing is really handy because you don't always want to go searching around for a while half the time it's already there you can't go wrong we got this on Hawaii they won't even ship power banks here so Best buy's really your only place to get it
