Unfortunately don't have ZERO star oprion or I would gladly give it. Terrible customer service by Best Buy AND Marketplace seller. Extremely disappointed. WATCH OUT FOR MARKETPLACE. All scams. 2 week return, but a Black Tie member for over 10 years get ZERO consideration when you don't read the fine print. Scam Scam SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SHAME ON YOU BEST BUY.

Stopped working after 3 months. We use this specifically for music for our office. One day it just died and would not charge anymore.

Nice little tablet. Gets the job done for a fraction of the cost of a big name. No issues, no complaints. Really like the keyboard and mouse inclusion.
