Works well so far. Bought it after hurricane knocked out power for over a week. Got some power out of it even then. Will see how it fairs when power outage again. Either way great for surge protection.

I thought this was only going to help when light goes off for 1 hour but the other day was off for 3 hours and my computer and printer did not turned off!

I have not had any issues. All plugs are surge protected. Only three are battery backup. I do have one surge protector plugged into a battery backed up plug for all those plugs in that surge protector. Have not had an outage while watching tv so not sure how long the battery will last.

This is a great backup! Had one that was about 7 years old and started beeping, so knew it was time to replace it. But feel very secure knowing that it is protecting my computer equipment and if in the middle of something, gives me time to shut everything down when the power goes out. Highly recommend!

Easy to use and quite reliable. Manages my computer, LCD display, audio interface and more. Very pleased. Constantly charging.

I live in an older house, and the electrical system isn’t perfect, so reliability really matters to me. This item works fast and feels solid and dependable. I do wish the cable were a bit longer, but overall it performs exactly as I expected and does the job well!

Use this as a small back up for my fish tank incase power goes out. Did a test run and looks like this should work just fine.

It set up easily and appears to be functioning as intended. I haven't had a power outage yet, which will be the real test. I love that the outlets are on top of the unit, not at the back as on my old (ancient) APS UPS.

So far, it’s been spectacular since I lived in campus dorms because there aren’t many outlets in the dorm rooms to plug in for stuff I used in day-to-day life. Having this 6-outlet surge/generator is very useful just in case of a power outage so I can keep all my devices plugged in and charge them. The only downside to this product is trying to turn off the alarm so the official video to disarm it wasn’t helpful so I found a random person on YouTube who had a step by step tutorial and it worked.

Just the protection I needed for our flaky electrical company (HECO). This will save our delicate electronics devices. Bought a few on sale. Well worth the investment!

This is my 2nd one purchasing this exact one. So far it worked well for 4yrs. I work from home and I have 3 monitors and a PlayStation 5 and a lamp all connected. Excuse the mess. But I always recommend this one to all my piers.

Bought 2, love that if the power blinks off im still in business. After losing online material, I decided to get one for my mac. My router has one as well since they arent in the same area of my home.

My battery backup went out on our desktop computer. The store was sold out of the brand I had purchased there before, but the sales associate recommended this one is working fine without an problems

The APC Battery Back Up is exactly what I needed to protect my WiFi and TV. The sales person who helped me was very helpfully. This applies to everyone who works at Best Buy.

Is it only me facing this coz I have a spectrum, netgear & arlo power adapters and ALL 3 have the plug points perpendicular to the length of the adapter, and the way the APC outlets are designed I can only utilize 3 of the 6 outlets. See pics. I've had a Cyberpower previously and that was designed so I can utilize all 6 in the way the outlets are laid out.

It’s pretty nice for a budget friendly battery backup for desktop. It’s not living up to what I want. I ended up getting a battery backup that last longer. Also this thing make some white noise while it’s running.

This back up battery is a little bulky however it can accommodate up to five plugs. It was very easy to set up and so far has been functioning very well.

I use multiple UPS units to keep the power going continuously on certain devices in my house. This unit was specifically purchased to power some smaller "not so wattage hogging" devices, and the price was right as well as the size and specifications. Purchased it, plugged everything in, and it all worked. I'd like to say the experience was amazing or something, but I know what I need and how it should work, and it worked (and continues to work) perfectly. While l also have larger units for more powerful equipment, this smaller unit fit in quite nicely for multiple battery chargers etc. Overall highly recommended and a great price.

Perfect size for my needs, very compact for its capability!
