The kit includes 4 pieces of 30" cable channels, 3 couplings, 1 T-fitting, 2 flat elbows, 1 inside elbow, 1 outside elbow and the installation manual. The 4 cable channels are 1" wide and 1/2" deep and can be trimmed to customize your mounted TV setup. The front snaps on and off, providing easy access to cables after installation.
