Best buy! I lost my iPad and completely freaked out. I decided to purchase a refurbished model and headed to the Apple store. The cloud helped with restoration. Lesson learned. Activate the option to find my iPad.

Functionality of product is good. I was a little disappointed that there was a scratch on the screen. I purchased based on the listing stating that iPad was in excellent condition. I would think that excellent meant that screen was without scratches.

Fed Ex delivered ipad to wrong address. Opend a case and they cant find where it went. Contacted seller as Fed Ex said and seller at the beging responded fast. Now I havent heard a thing from them. They did say FedEx said it was resolved, To which I relplied it is not and I have email chain from fed ex saying they dont know where it got delivered and cant find it! Has to Contact the Cc company to dispute the charges. Also Contacting better Buisness !!! Dont not buy. If you dont reciver it they wont help you!
