Definitely worth the upgrade
I waited specifically for this upgraded version to come out and it’s definitely worth it. I traded in a version 8 and as you can imagine, the speed and technology is amazing. I love everything about this iPad except I truly miss the home button. I’m not a fan of the touch button being on the side of the iPad especially if you are using a case. Half the time it doesn’t register my finger. I’m going to have to redo the touch feature and see if that works. Otherwise, I’m extremely happy with battery life, graphics, sound and everything else it offers. Worth the wait!

best all around iPad yet
I went from the basic iPad to the iPad Air as I needed more storage and I wanted the better interaction with ChatGPT. the iPad Air is so much lighter than my basic iPad - it's great for doom scrolling in the evenings while doing homework during the afternoons and weekends especially with the Smart Keyboard. I still use a laptop for super detailed things; but having the iPad Air helps with using it for a dual screen or if I want something simple to take out and about with.
