I had the iPad Air2, I wanted an upgrade so I purchased the iPad Pro2 11 inch. And what I can say is WOW WOW WOW, this is awesome. Absolutely Recommend it. Just look at the clarity of the screen, I took the pictures with my iPhoneXS max.

I purchased this iPad Pro to replace my old MacBook Pro 10 days ago. I’ve seen many reviews on YouTube before purchase it and was confident this will be a nice swap from laptop to a tablet. I had iPad mini, iPad Air but this iPad Pro blew my mind how well it works. My main use/goal is digital note taking going forward. I still have more learning to do but so far I’m very happy with this purchase. This is light enough I can still carry with my work laptop everyday.

I got the iPad for a more portable setup for teaching as well as art/editing related work on the go. It's been able to satisfy those needs enough that I'm considering shelving my laptop entirely and keeping a desktop for the home and the iPad on the go instead. Pen charging and input are great. Not a fan of Face ID vs a fingerprint reader but I've gotten used to it. Highly, highly recommend a case -- finding the right case for your particular usage will make it a joy to work with. I use the Otterbox Symmetry case and it does great job of maintaining portability/convenience while adding solid protection.
