Really Bad Seller

I received an empty box without the product. I don’t know if it was the fault of the Seller or the delivery guy stole it. I have been going back and forth and now the insurance is taking care of it. This was a really bad experience i have never seen this before. I won’t order anything from this JemJem seller anymore
