Q: What is the difference between wifi locked and unlocked?
A: Wifi & unlocked lets you use cellular data plan with any carrier vs just getting wifi on device. Your paying $150 more to have this option. All the ipad versions have wifi, you can get it 1) with a plan- carrier branded, 2) wifi & unlocked can be used with any carrier data plan, or 3) just wifi. Hope this helps
