Q: Will the 1T version have the ability to use adobe creative cloud full desktop version?
A: No, this unit run iPadOS, not MacOS. This unit can only run apps that exist for iPad. Adobe has a couple creative cloud apps ported to iPad, like lightroom and Photoshop Express. However, full feature apps like Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator have not been ported outside Windows or MacOS due to their hardware & software demands.
Q: Is the iPad locked or unlocked?
A: If you meant if the iPad you just bought comes to you without a security code locking it, then yes, it is indeed unlocked due to it needing you (the new owner) to help it set up to be locked and unlocked by you (the owner).
