gorgeous screen; quick, accurate response to the Apple Pencil even with a screen protector; makes drawing so much easier and natural. I haven't run out of space and use it daily. Love this tablet. It's a bit on the hefty side, but that's to be expected with the performance. I got a refurbished and have not had any issues. Highly suggest getting a paper-like screen protector if you're planning to use it for art.

I usually avoid purchasing refurbished products, but I decided to give this a try—and I’m so glad I did. The iPad Pro 13 with the M2 chip arrived in excellent condition, with no scratches or cosmetic flaws whatsoever. It looks and feels practically brand new. The battery performance is impressive and works just as well as a new device. For my needs, upgrading to the latest model with the M4 chip would have been unnecessary, so this was the perfect choice. Overall, I’m extremely happy with this purchase!

I haven’t bought anything at Best Buy in quite some time and I thought my recent purchase from their refurbished program was going to signal the reason why that has been the case. I bought this iPad online and days after the return window, the charging port ended up having issues with connecting to power. I went into Geek Squad and even after reiterating that it was out of the return policy, Jonathan M. continued to see what options they can explore for me from accommodating a store credit to even looking up alternatives that can help with getting its charge. In the end, because a repair would’ve been just as expensive as buying another device and another comparable one wasn’t available online, I thought I was going to have to just eat the $700+ I spent on the iPad. But Jonathan, as a courtesy, offered to still just go the extra mile and do one final clean on the device which ended up being the solution as the device started charging normally again. Listen, it’s just a courtesy cleaning, but it’s that type of service in person that cannot be beat by online retailers. I don’t write reviews often but I will say this… with the amount of times I’ve gone back and forth into this Best Buy at Union Square, the employees have been very helpful and accommodating. For me, that’s what’s going to bring me back in store again and again.

Came as described and works well, just have to restart the ipad quickly sometimes because of small issues.

So far, this has been a very nice iPad. I like the larger screen, 12.9 inch. Not sure how much the 13.0 inch screen wouldn’t be, but this one seems OK.

Very pleased with this ipad as with refurbished it could have phyical damage but mine looks and runs like new.
