A: Speakers are on both sides, just like the 11" Pro. I have the 11" Pro and upgraded to the 13" Air and the sound quality is the same.
Q: Why is the pen not added in the box ?
A: Because Apple makes money any way it can, and does a good job at it! You have to buy it separately.

A: Yes, they definitely do. Bluetooth connect device, Simple.
Q: Does it work with cellular reception as well as Wi Fi?
A: It depends on which one you get. I got wifi only but you can get one that will work on cellular network.
