Beautiful tablet, with the anti-glare glass, light weight, clean lines and picture. Everything you'd expect from this brand. I went top of the line for my own reasons, and was definitely happy with the quality and performance. I bought a great protective case, a couple long flexible charging cables and I am enjoying it ever since.

I’m in graduate school, and I chose the iPad Pro over a laptop for the interim, and it’s been entirely acceptable for my needs. The split screen functionality is the real MVP. I can attend Zoom classes while simultaneously viewing slides, taking notes, or working on assignments, and it handles all of it smoothly without lag. It’s extremely portable, which makes it easy to carry and use anywhere. Battery life is good (not incredible), but more than sufficient for classes and study sessions. I use it with a Logitech POP Bluetooth mouse and keyboard, and together they create a lightweight setup that works surprisingly well when I don’t want to haul around a full laptop. Is this a full laptop replacement for everyone? No. Is it a great, flexible solution for grad school and multitasking? Absolutely!

Third ipad and second ipad pro. Great for use in court, office and home. Fast with 2 t of memory. Good for music storage.

Instead, Best Buy fulfilled it with a 4-year-old M1 model. ​Despite Best Buy's own app proving the error (the M1 serial is linked to my M4 order), the 'Executive Resolution' team is refusing to honor the contract. They admitted the error by offering a 'discount' to keep the wrong item, but now they are demanding an additional $500 to provide the M5 replacement because they are out of M4s. ​In Virginia, misrepresenting a model is a violation of the Consumer Protection Act (§ 59.1-200). Forcing a customer to pay a 'premium' to fix a merchant's own fulfillment error is predatory. I have officially filed complaints with the Virginia Attorney General and the BBB. Verify your serial numbers at this store immediately—they do not stand behind their mistakes."
