This iPad is hands-down the best device I’ve purchased this year. The OLED display is gorgeous colors pop, text is crisp, and watching videos feels almost cinematic. I use it for note-taking, creative work, video calls, and even some light editing, and the M5 chip keeps everything incredibly smooth. What surprised me is how lightweight it feels given how powerful it is. Battery life easily lasts through my workday, and pairing it with the Pencil Pro makes it feel like a true laptop alternative for certain tasks. Multitasking is fluid, the speakers are louder than expected, and the overall experience feels premium from the second you turn it on. If you want a device that can handle both productivity and entertainment flawlessly, this is the one.

I couldn't be happier with the new 13-inch iPad Pro. The first thing that catches your eye is the beautiful, massive screen. The display is extremely sharp, vibrant, and makes everything from watching movies to editing photos look absolutely incredible. Despite having such a big, gorgeous screen, Apple managed to keep it unbelievably lightweight and thin, making it super easy to carry around in a bag or hold for long periods. Performance wise, this thing is an absolute beast. If you are looking for top performance wrapped in a stunning, ultra portable design, this iPad Pro is worth every penny. I highly recommend it.

The new 13-inch iPad Pro with the M5 chip is incredibly fast and lightweight. The display looks stunning, especially for creative work, streaming, and editing. I’m very happy with the iPad itself. It works perfectly, and I appreciate Best Buy’s Open-Box program. I believe it’s a great idea because it gives returned products a second life while allowing customers to purchase excellent devices at a more affordable price. It’s a win-win for both Best Buy and customers. However, I was disappointed that a large inventory sticker was placed directly on the back of the iPad. After removing it, it left behind a noticeable adhesive residue, as shown in the photos. Fortunately, this doesn’t affect the functionality of the device, but it does affect the overall experience of receiving what should still feel like a premium Apple product. For many customers, seeing a sticker applied directly to the device could create the impression that Open-Box products are not handled with enough care, even if the product itself is in excellent condition. That would be unfortunate because I actually have a very positive view of buying Open-Box items. I hope Best Buy will consider improving this process. Instead of attaching inventory labels directly to the device, they could place them on a plastic bag, protective sleeve, or a separate box. Even if the product isn’t in its original packaging, small changes like this would make the experience feel much more professional and would better reflect the quality of the Open-Box program. Overall, I’m satisfied with my purchase and would buy Open-Box again. I simply hope Best Buy improves the way these products are prepared for customers.

Love the power that is packed into this IPad! I love that it can do just about everything that my 2022 MacBook Pro can do. Definitely worth the money. Camera quality is phenomenal, fast processor love that even the base model comes with more memory than older models. I got this to be able to use with my 3D printer and it really works well with my cad and my slicer apps. I can use the pro pencil to help with the small details and it makes it so much easier and less time consuming to do all of my preparations for my 3D models just like I could on my PC! 5 solid stars! I can’t leave out that the Graphics are amazing and the battery life also phenomenal!

I cannot get over how good the iPad Pro 2025 is. Seriously—this thing flies. Apps open instantly, the screen is gorgeous, and everything just feels incredibly smooth. The new accessories make it even better, and the battery life has been way stronger than I expected. I’ve been using it nonstop since I got it, and I’m still excited every time I pick it up. Apple really nailed this one.

This latest ipad is everything expected from Apple and more. It is quick and has many available applications to make life easier, especially in the media field. As an Associate Engineer who makes parts for SpaceX during the week and records aerial videos on weekends, clarity, smoothness and editing are essential to productivity on many levels. I couldn't be more pleased.

I had the 11 inch ipad pro which was cheaper and good enough. Boy was I wrong. The 13 inch blows it away! The oled screen on both is a game changer. But the extra 2 inches in your hand is like 10 inches on a tv you sit farther from. Webpages were made for this size ipad. No left or right scrolling. This is the single handed most luxorious piece of tech I have ever tried and own. Get this and dont heistate.

The speed, storage, performance, and sleek design make it everything I wanted in a new device. It is fast, responsive, beautifully designed, and has already proven to be an excellent purchase. But what made this purchase stand out was Best Buy itself. There is something valuable about being able to walk into a store, see and handle the products, compare your options, ask questions, and receive knowledgeable assistance before making a decision. The management, Geek Squad, and customer-service team have consistently made me feel confident about shopping there. From the moment you enter, you are greeted and treated more like a welcomed guest than simply another customer. That level of service matters. Yes, I could have ordered an iPad online, but online shopping cannot completely replace the experience of having knowledgeable people available to answer questions and help you make the right choice. And there is another little bonus: on those long, hot summer days, you can shop comfortably in the cool—and when winter arrives, I am certain they will keep us warm too! I would confidently recommend Best Buy to my friends and family. Great products are important, but great products combined with excellent service create an experience worth returning for. Best Buy delivered both. And as for my brand-new Apple iPad? I absolutely love it.

Beautifully made with the clearest screen. The colors are vibrantly displayed across the whole 13 inch screen. I mainly use the iPad for taking notes and catching up on some of my shows. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a certified banger of a device.

I had the IPAD PRO 11.9 inch M1 and the differences with my new IPAD are ASTOUNDING! This is a real game changer! The performance is noticeably different! I use this as my laptop and purchased an APPLE Magic Keyboard to go with it. It is EVERYTHING I had hoped it would be and SO much more!

I use this ipad for mostly editing videos and images i shot for my clients. I’m usually traveling around country and this is a powerful and light device for using everywhere .

Love this iPad. It’s lighter than my old iPad. It was very easy to setup and transfer my old info to the new iPad. With the new operating system I need to learn all the new features available. I love the fact that I can charge the iPad through the new keyboard that I purchased.
