Customer Ratings & Reviews

I’m very happy with this iPad Pro. The M5 chip is extremely fast and the OLED display looks amazing. The 13-inch screen is perfect for watching videos, browsing, and everyday use. The battery life is great and everything runs smoothly. The Space Black color also looks very premium. I definitely recommend it!

This iPad is hands-down the best device I’ve purchased this year. The OLED display is gorgeous colors pop, text is crisp, and watching videos feels almost cinematic. I use it for note-taking, creative work, video calls, and even some light editing, and the M5 chip keeps everything incredibly smooth. What surprised me is how lightweight it feels given how powerful it is. Battery life easily lasts through my workday, and pairing it with the Pencil Pro makes it feel like a true laptop alternative for certain tasks. Multitasking is fluid, the speakers are louder than expected, and the overall experience feels premium from the second you turn it on. If you want a device that can handle both productivity and entertainment flawlessly, this is the one.

I couldn't be happier with the new 13-inch iPad Pro. The first thing that catches your eye is the beautiful, massive screen. The display is extremely sharp, vibrant, and makes everything from watching movies to editing photos look absolutely incredible. Despite having such a big, gorgeous screen, Apple managed to keep it unbelievably lightweight and thin, making it super easy to carry around in a bag or hold for long periods. Performance wise, this thing is an absolute beast. If you are looking for top performance wrapped in a stunning, ultra portable design, this iPad Pro is worth every penny. I highly recommend it.

The new 13-inch iPad Pro with the M5 chip is incredibly fast and lightweight. The display looks stunning, especially for creative work, streaming, and editing. Multitasking feels effortless, and the battery life easily lasts all day. It’s powerful enough to replace a laptop for most tasks, and the build quality is top-tier. Definitely worth the upgrade.

I’m very happy with the iPad itself. It works perfectly, and I appreciate Best Buy’s Open-Box program. I believe it’s a great idea because it gives returned products a second life while allowing customers to purchase excellent devices at a more affordable price. It’s a win-win for both Best Buy and customers. However, I was disappointed that a large inventory sticker was placed directly on the back of the iPad. After removing it, it left behind a noticeable adhesive residue, as shown in the photos. Fortunately, this doesn’t affect the functionality of the device, but it does affect the overall experience of receiving what should still feel like a premium Apple product. For many customers, seeing a sticker applied directly to the device could create the impression that Open-Box products are not handled with enough care, even if the product itself is in excellent condition. That would be unfortunate because I actually have a very positive view of buying Open-Box items. I hope Best Buy will consider improving this process. Instead of attaching inventory labels directly to the device, they could place them on a plastic bag, protective sleeve, or a separate box. Even if the product isn’t in its original packaging, small changes like this would make the experience feel much more professional and would better reflect the quality of the Open-Box program. Overall, I’m satisfied with my purchase and would buy Open-Box again. I simply hope Best Buy improves the way these products are prepared for customers.

I recently purchased my new 13-inch Apple iPad from Best Buy, and I could not be more pleased with both the product and the experience. The iPad itself is incredible. The speed, storage, performance, and sleek design make it everything I wanted in a new device. It is fast, responsive, beautifully designed, and has already proven to be an excellent purchase. But what made this purchase stand out was Best Buy itself. There is something valuable about being able to walk into a store, see and handle the products, compare your options, ask questions, and receive knowledgeable assistance before making a decision. The management, Geek Squad, and customer-service team have consistently made me feel confident about shopping there. From the moment you enter, you are greeted and treated more like a welcomed guest than simply another customer. That level of service matters. Yes, I could have ordered an iPad online, but online shopping cannot completely replace the experience of having knowledgeable people available to answer questions and help you make the right choice. And there is another little bonus: on those long, hot summer days, you can shop comfortably in the cool—and when winter arrives, I am certain they will keep us warm too! I would confidently recommend Best Buy to my friends and family. Great products are important, but great products combined with excellent service create an experience worth returning for. Best Buy delivered both. And as for my brand-new Apple iPad? I absolutely love it.

I cannot get over how good the iPad Pro 2025 is. Seriously—this thing flies. Apps open instantly, the screen is gorgeous, and everything just feels incredibly smooth. The new accessories make it even better, and the battery life has been way stronger than I expected. I’ve been using it nonstop since I got it, and I’m still excited every time I pick it up. Apple really nailed this one.

Love the power that is packed into this IPad! I love that it can do just about everything that my 2022 MacBook Pro can do. Definitely worth the money. Camera quality is phenomenal, fast processor love that even the base model comes with more memory than older models. I got this to be able to use with my 3D printer and it really works well with my cad and my slicer apps. I can use the pro pencil to help with the small details and it makes it so much easier and less time consuming to do all of my preparations for my 3D models just like I could on my PC! 5 solid stars! I can’t leave out that the Graphics are amazing and the battery life also phenomenal!

This latest ipad is everything expected from Apple and more. It is quick and has many available applications to make life easier, especially in the media field. As an Associate Engineer who makes parts for SpaceX during the week and records aerial videos on weekends, clarity, smoothness and editing are essential to productivity on many levels. I couldn't be more pleased.

I had the 11 inch ipad pro which was cheaper and good enough. Boy was I wrong. The 13 inch blows it away! The oled screen on both is a game changer. But the extra 2 inches in your hand is like 10 inches on a tv you sit farther from. Webpages were made for this size ipad. No left or right scrolling. This is the single handed most luxorious piece of tech I have ever tried and own. Get this and dont heistate.

I finally upgraded from the 2018 iPad Pro 11" to the most recent model iPad. To say that was quite the upgrade was an understatement! The 2018 one still works perfectly, but it no longer suited my needs as an artist. It has found a home with my friend in college who loves it, while I get to enjoy my new tablet! Reasons I upgraded: A larger screen (YAY) Lighter weight Better ram by a long shot Better storage capacity Better capabilities in the Procreate app to have larger size files with 300 DPI, more layers, and it processes the more complex brushes and larger brush sizes with ease. Working larger, I really felt the older iPad was really chugging and lagging. This new one is just incredible for drawing, I can have an 18" x 24" canvas at 300 DPI with 30 max layers, my old tablet could only support 3 layers. Additional reasons I have found while using the tablet: TV and Videos: I have found myself loving this while cleaning, putting on a show or some YouTube in my closet while I organize, propping it up to play Ted Lasso while I'm cooking, laying in bed with my partner and watching YouTube together while cuddling. THE SPEAKERS: Honestly, I saw the data about this iPad having particularly good speakers and thought, "it can't be that good, it's a tablet". I was mistaken. The speakers are great and can get LOUD without sacrificing audio quality. The bass literally vibrates the back of the tablet through the metal. I stopped using my bluetooth speaker in my art office, preferring to put this thing across the room to play music while I paint! So, overall... yes, let's just say I am significantly less rich. This was the purchase I've been cringing about spending on for years, the 2018 iPad was a very gracious gift to me for starting art college to be able to do assignments on the go and note take, which it was excellent for. I am very happy to say I was able to give that same iPad to someone who is using it for the same educational purposes and is loving Procreate as much as I do. I finally pulled the trigger, I am on a credit card for int. free payments, I thankfully have a stable job, and this year has been incredibly hard on me. I'm about to have to get surgery and will be at home for 2 months, so I went for it! Sometimes I cringe at the amount spent. But just looking at my artworks before and after this upgrade makes it worth it, along with the enjoyment of playing music, videos, tv, as I move around the house prepping for my surgery. And the relief of being able to draw whatever I want while I lay down and rest during recovery this year. Sincerely, A happy yet broke artist

I really enjoy using the iPad Pro since iOS 26 was released. Combined with the Apple Magic Keyboard, it now gives you both a tablet and laptop experience. As I donated my M4 version of this device to a family member, I went with the latest M5 release. To offset Apple’s recent insane price increases, I purchased this in “Like New” condition and during the state’s tax-free holiday. It can be hit or miss when purchasing open-box items, but in this case the item was as advertised as it had never been used or activated. Personally, I really like the matte screen as it really reduces light reflections on the glass so I added a matte screen protector to the device. Apple offers this option, but only at the highest storage tiers which I neither need nor want to pay for. If Apple were to offer their matte screen option at the entry storage level, I would definitely pay for it.

The ipad was an open box but was still in perfect shape as it said on the posting on the app and the label in store! Very happy with my purchase!!

Beautifully made with the clearest screen. The colors are vibrantly displayed across the whole 13 inch screen. I mainly use the iPad for taking notes and catching up on some of my shows. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a certified banger of a device.

looks spectacular, the colors and sharpness are of another level, especially for seeing content or working with design. The battery lasts a long time and the design feels premium in every detail. It's the best iPad I've ever had, it exceeds all my expectations.

I’m absolutely in love with my 13-inch iPad Pro. As a content creator and professional makeup artist, I needed something powerful, lightweight, and with an amazing display — and this iPad exceeded all my expectations. The OLED display is stunning. Colors are incredibly vibrant, blacks are deep, and the quality is perfect for photo and video editing. I can see my makeup work with amazing precision, which is essential for my business. The 13” size feels like having a mini laptop, making it perfect for multitasking, designing, planning content, and editing on the go. Performance is extremely fast thanks to the M4 chip. Everything runs smoothly — Lightroom, CapCut, Canva, multitasking between multiple apps — with zero lag. It’s a powerful device in an ultra-thin and lightweight design, so I can easily take it to my studio, events, or when traveling. Battery life lasts me all day with regular work and entertainment use. It’s also perfect for watching shows or editing comfortably because the display is large and high quality. The only thing to keep in mind is that accessories like the Apple Pencil and Magic Keyboard are sold separately, but if you’re a creator or use it for productivity, they’re absolutely worth it. Overall, if you’re looking for a premium device for creative work, editing, productivity, or everyday use, the 13-inch iPad Pro is 100% worth it. Highly recommend.

I had the IPAD PRO 11.9 inch M1 and the differences with my new IPAD are ASTOUNDING! This is a real game changer! The performance is noticeably different! I use this as my laptop and purchased an APPLE Magic Keyboard to go with it. It is EVERYTHING I had hoped it would be and SO much more!

I use this ipad for mostly editing videos and images i shot for my clients. I’m usually traveling around country and this is a powerful and light device for using everywhere .

This power house of a product is my go to device! The versatile aspects are amazing. I use it for my everyday work as an IT Consultant. Batter life and power is a perfect match.

Great upgrade to an already great product! I upgraded from the previous ipad pro, but this time i got the 13 inch screen. big difference in how it is used
