As a professional storyteller and writer, the 13” iPad Pro M5 WiFi + Cellular given to me as a Christmas gift exceeds ALL expectations initially thought of. This machine is SOooo user friendly and it’s 512GB capacity has allowed me to make it my primary GO-To over my laptop and PC. Besides, it is so BEAUTIFUL! Thank you my big sister, SGT. C. J. Purn’l!

I purchased this Open Box (Excellent Condition) 13" iPad Pro to replace my 2021 12.9" M1 model. Best Buy offered the best trade-in value alongside the open box discount, making it a great deal. However, getting a working unit took some effort. This was my second attempt; the first unit arrived physically fine, but the eSIM was blacklisted as stolen and could not be activated. After spending hours setting it up and more time on the phone with Best Buy and T-Mobile, I had to dispute a restocking fee that Best Buy initially tried to charge for returning a blocked device. They waived it eventually, but being out of stock meant waiting two months for another unit to appear online. When the replacement arrived, I immediately verified the IMEI and eSIM status before doing anything else. Fortunately, this second unit was clear. The "Excellent Condition" rating was accurate—aside from a beat-up outer shipping box, the Apple box and the iPad itself looked and functioned completely brand new. The trade-in process for my old M1 went smoothly, and I received the full quoted value after holding onto it for a few days to ensure the new setup was solid. After several weeks of use, the iPad has been flawless. The device alone is an easy 5 stars, but the initial blacklisted device and customer service hassle bring the overall experience to 4 stars. Highly recommended, but always verify the cellular status on open-box items right away.

This is a powerful computer that has all the features needed. We chose the 512GB version for this iPad Pro because we won't be saving huge amounts of data to it, but never the less it is a very capable computer! We did get cellular and an attached keyboard. Great purchase, great product, will last for years!

It hooked right into my phone and has been easy to work with

I love my new 13inch iPad! It is more versatile than the laptop (Macbook) I had these last few years, though I am still learning about all its capabilities.

It’s a really great device—bright screen, fast performance, and excellent power and brightness. It’s exactly what I dreamed of.

I have had many ipads but this one just takes the cake! And buying from best buy gave me tons of assuarnce with my purchase and usung my best buy card to make the transaction!

Really great product. The Cellular upgrade allows the device to be used independently and is worth trying.

Love it, just as expected. Shouldn't be so expensive though.

This is the 5th or Sixth iPad I’ve purchased and this one seems faster than my 3 year old one. I’m always impressed by how far technology has come in the last few years.

THE PRODUCT IS GREAT. The process sucked. I called the day before I picked it up and got a person who spoke really bad English. I was afraid to place an order with him. The sale was ending on the next day and I asked him if I went to the store would I still receive the discount price. He said yes. I went 40 miles to the store the next day and was told it was to late the sale was done. This was a x-mas present, so I ordered it. I will probably not do business with you guys ever again.
