I purchased this iMac about a month ago while it was on sale. Glad I bit the bullet as the deal ended on the next day! I work remotely several days a week and having a good-quality, large monitor is essential for my job. What a difference from using my MacBook Air hooked up to a 27-inch monitor! Love the high definition and speed of the iMac. It is very responsive and quick. My only disappointment is that it is not compatible with the Touch ID Magic Keyboard but other than that I love it!

I have been a PC user since the beginning and was sooooo hesitant to switch to a Mac. Now I’m trying to convince my whole family to make the switch but so much more user friendly especially if you are an iPhone user. It just thinks the way you are used to doing things. Whyyyy did I wait so long. And it’s so fast! I used to wait for 30 minutes for my pc to turn on and another 25 for my programs. I get more accomplished in less time than it took my PC to load now.

Wonderful and efficient. This computer was very easy to set up. User friendly instructions. Cost value for my needs. Perfect for my family. Connectivity was fast and easy.

No iMac comes close in terms of design/build quality. Display is terrific and speakers are great. Overall, best iMac ever!

The screen on this is Mac is massive the only down fall is I don’t care for the mouse and keyboard it would get 5 stars if they were better for how expensive the computer is you would think they keep board would light up or something!

We love our iMac! Our buying experience was great at Best Buy. The geek squad set everything up and made sure everything was working. They transferred everything from our old iMac for us. The new iMac is fast and graphics are great. We love Apple products!

I have a book to write and do some graphics. This the 2020 version of Apple 27” IMAC, Retina 5k display, Intel i7(3.8 GHZ Memory) - 8 GB is my first Apple Computer and what I need. I’m slowly getting oriented to it and have MS Office. I need to download couple of softwares. But overall, I’m pleased with it. I won’t know the capabilities until I utilized it with other softwares. I love the screen display and many functions.

I love my iMac 27”! Easy to use. A little bit heavy but you can carry it easily.

I like my new Apple desktop. However, the setup with Best Buy wasn't that great. I signed up for one of their programs and the guy came to my house to do the setup. Since I have a lot of photos, he wouldn't stay until the setup was complete. I felt like I wasted money paying to be in Best Buy's computer program.

I love my iMac 27” the only thing I would change about it is the internal SSD especially since you can’t change it to a larger one. It would have been nice if BestBuy would have had the 1TB or more models. But the iMac does everything I need it to plus more.

I am impressed with the product it connects with all my apple products. I can go from this computer to my pro 13 when I need to. It has a fast boot up and ready to go in seconds. Highly recommend
