Very well packaged, and everything was in excellent condition. I loved the item.

There were several things I did'nt like about this entire sale. I was looking to get one shipped to the store. I just didn't want it to get stolen. I thought I found one. The seller said it would be able to ship to a store in Upstate NY. That wasn't true. Good thing The manager Michael was able to contact me and allowed my daughter to pick it up. I love that the package came with all the accessories. That was the reason I purchased it. Well the other reason she returned it is the Ipad wouldn't keep a charge. I did check the reviews before purchasing it, but I couldn't take a chance. Please know that the Ipad DIDN'T come from Best Buy refurbish but a third party. I bought my Ipad from Best Buy new and haven't had no issues. I do recommend a item like this, but if buying refurbished make sure it's NOT a third party selling through Best Buy. Thank you

This surpass my expectations. The tab works perfectly well with no issues. I was also able to upgrade the iOS to the latest version.

I bought this for my son as his old one had broken and it was basically new when we got it and of course everything worked. I would definitely buy this again

Got it to replace a newer iPad for my daughter that she broke. She wasn’t mad about not getting the newer pink iPad again she loved this one and uses it everyday. Great product, fast shipping.

The battery life on this pad has lasted far longer than I had expected. It has been performing very well I've found that this was a very good investment.

Tablet was sold described as in excellent condition with charger, charger cord and stylus pen. Received a dented tablet with scratches on the screen, no charger, cord or stylus pen. I contacted Best Buy, but since this is a refurbished unit, they forward the info to the seller. The seller sent a stylus pen, but no charger or cable. The unit works well, so I am happy for the price paid, but don’t like the false advertising.

Product does not charge or stay on past 1%. Product doesn’t charge using any Apple product chargers.

This refurbished device is in pristine condition. I will add the charger and pen were a disappointment. However they do work. The company is very reliable and responsive to any issues.
